Las instalaciones muy bonitas y elegantes. El personal muy atento y amable. La cama super cómoda y la almohada la mejor que hemos tenido en ningún hotel.

A good location in Puerto Natales, close to restaurants and shops and a short walk down to the shore
Pros:

The room was middling in size. For a person on their own it was okay. With a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a walk in shower, nice toiletries. And a nice seating area under cover outside the room. The main areas of the hotel were across a courtyard.

A pillow menu would be nice and larger bath towels.

Cons:

Early morning having breakfast I found the place to be cold and had to eat with my fleece and coat on.

After some very busy days this was the perfect retreat to come back to

Pros:

Amazing staff. Great recommendations. Great service at all times.
