Location to Graceland was great

We stayed here for four nights and overall found the hotel comfortable with a few areas that could use attention. Our room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a microwave. I didn’t use the in‑room coffee machine, but I absolutely loved the 24‑hour free coffee available in the lobby. Breakfasts were decent, with a couple of hot options that changed from day to day.

Parking felt safe thanks to the gated lot, which was reassuring. There are major roadworks happening on Elvis Presley Blvd at the moment—lots of cones and uneven surfaces—although we never actually saw anyone working on them. The location, however, is excellent for visiting Graceland; it’s only a few minutes’ drive up the road.

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The on‑site washer and dryer were very convenient, though each machine does require $3 in quarters.

There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that stood out. Several chairs in the pool area were ripped, and there were no umbrellas or shaded areas at all. The pool itself needed more frequent attention, as there were dead bugs both floating on the surface and settled at the bottom. When stepping out of the lift on the second floor, there was also an unpleasant odour—almost like someone had been sick and the smell never fully came out of the carpet.

Inside our room, the bath tap had a constant trickle that became quite noisy at night. The floors looked clean but weren’t—my socks got very dirty, especially around the bedside area where it seems spills had built up over time. A deeper clean between guests would make a big difference. Many of the metal fixtures in the room, like handles and the luggage rack, were rusting, which made the room feel a bit worn and tired.

While the hotel had positives, I’m not sure I’d stay in this part of Memphis again. The city overall feels quite run down, and safety concerns are definitely something to be aware of. Next time, I’d likely stay in the Horn Lake or Southaven area instead. We drove through both several times, and the neighbourhoods felt much better maintained and are safer than Memphis.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. We absolutely LOVED getting to meet Mr. Tommy and Ms. Duffy! They were AMAZING! Mr. Tommy upgraded us to a suite and got us checked in early! Ms. Duffy took us to Graceland and picked us up. This hotel is a MUST if you are in Memphis! We will definitely be back! ♥️

We stayed for just one night as a stop on a our trip, and the staff was awesome. Great location, minutes from Graceland. Michelle made sure we had enough food in breakfast when the food was almost gone. We arrived well after 1 am the day before and the front desk was able to accommodate us just fine! Definitely recommend.

The welcome from Miss Tara and all the staff couldn’t praise them enough they went above and beyond such good Memphis hospitality 10/10

Holiday Inn Express was an exceptional place to stay. The staff went out of their way numerous times to be helpful and accommodating. The place is very clean. I highly recommend this location if you are going to tour Graceland or Memphis!!

Special shout-out to Michelle for her kindness and the extra thoughtfulness she showed our boys. The breakfast was delicious and very well prepared!

Je kan de was doen en drogen ! Voor weinig geld.

Gratis shuttle naar en van vliegveld,zo ook naar graceland zelf.

Wij hebben erg genoten en komen zeker terug..
