Cancelled reservation. Didn't feel safe in the area.
Pros:

We did not stay here in the end.

Cons:

I would have liked a refund. We did not end up staying as we did not feel safe at the location. Technically we booked the wrong location.

Pros:

The service and staff were phenomenal, the location was great, especially for Graceland. The hotel shuttle brought us to Graceland and to dinner and the pink Cadillac brought us back. The breakfast was good. It was a great stay.

Cons:

Whe I booked with Booking. Com they asked me if I wanted a 25.00 upgrade. I said yes. No one at the hotel could tell me what I was getting for the upgrade. I asked Booking.com in a text they sent me but they didn't answer, so I would say to not fall for that one.

Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Staff
Pros:

There is free secure onsite parking or for those that aren’t driving there is a free airport shuttle provided by the Holiday Inn. There is also a free shuttle service to get you to and from Graceland. The staff at the hotel are so warming and welcoming to all guests. The rooms are clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. Every room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served by the wonderful Miss Duffie and consists of a fine choice of cereals, fruit, juices, hot buffet, pastries, tea and coffee. Sundries are available 24hours in the lobby as well as free tea and coffee making facilities. Miss Tina, Miss Tara, Miss Duffie, Miss Celeste, and Mr Tommy along with every other member of staff will make your stay very comfortable. You will not be disappointed. I have stayed here multiple times and every time I am made to feel special. Thank you 🫶🏻 I will be back again soon ☺️

Für einen Besuch von Graceland ist die Lage ideal.
Das Frühstück ist ganz ok, es hat einfach etwas wenig Sitzplätze.
Der Shuttle-Service nach Graceland und zurück ist toll.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht. Wenn man ein Auto hat, kann man sehr gut auch Downtown übernachten und kriegt mehr Hotel für weniger Geld

Nice friendly staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We were always greeting with a smile from two if the breakfast staff, Miss Duffee and Michelle. They were a hoot! We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama perfecta, muy limpia la habitación y todo el hotel. El desayuno delicioso y tiene una ubicación excelente sobre todo si planeas visitar graceland. Es un hotel que recomiendo 100%

Delicious breakfast
Pros:

The continental breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. The eggs were real. The pancakes and sausage were awesome. There were so many food options. Dining area was clean and Michelle and Duffie were really kind and helpful in the dining area. We will definitely come back to this location.

All of the staff, I mean all of the staff - were friendly, pleasant and accommodating - more than we expected
They held great conversations with us and knowledge about the area
They tried to make us as comfortable - it was so hot - by offering us drinks to keep us hydrated
We liked the room but could not get the humidity under control and a slight odor of mildew, but it was clean and comfortable.

This place is for tourists if you’re a local please book somewhere else you’re treated like a criminal
