We enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent
Pros:

Loved being close to Graceland. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Room and bathroom was clean and well appointed. Loved that the shuttle took us to and from Graceland and to the airport. Staff except for person who checked us in were friendly and helpful. Miss Duffy was the best. Made us feel so welcome.

Cons:

The man who checked us in was short with me and not friendly at all. He did what he was supposed to, but made me feel like I was bothering him!

Pros:

From start to finish everything was amazing. The entire staff was not only kind and attentive they helped with whatever was needed. The continental breakfast was simply wonderful. I'm a breakfast person (😁) and to be able to start my day with such a wonderful array of delicious assortment of food was a positive start to the day.

Cons:

There's nothing that I did not like. The rooms were fresh and clean, towels and other amenities were changed frequently. The hotel was nice and clean and staff were on top of their game.
