Spent an amazing night at the Hyatt Regency in Manchester
Pros:

Very welcoming staff. The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean. The king-size bed very comfortable.
The hotel had a room available at short notice.

Cons:

The price was a lot more expensive than we would normally pay for a hotel but maybe justified by its quality
