From the moment we arrived until the time we left, they made us feel like valued guests rather than customers. Their attention to every detail, genuine smiles, impeccable service, and thoughtful recommendations transformed a simple dinner into a memorable family experience.

Great food creates a good meal, but great people create unforgettable memories. Mr. Nandan and Ms. Priya are shining examples of what true hospitality looks like. Their passion, professionalism, and personal touch deserve the highest appreciation.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Extremely satisfactory.
We requested interconnected rooms which was something very important for us and got them.
The furniture, fixtures, appliances and everything else was in great shape.
This hotel really scores on price & is firmly in the affordable luxury segment.
The location is fantastic - in the heart of Bengaluru.
I can't comment much on the food because we ate out all the time, being on vacation.
However the complementary breakfast was competent.

Everything was perfect.Room was clean. Food was delicious. Special thank you to the wonderful staff at the hotel.
They were very helpful and courteous.Savrove the concierge made sure all are traveling within the city was well taken care of providing us with safe and comfortable transportion. Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

A little paradise in Bengaluru
Pros:

This hotel has left the fondest memories in my heart. The room was spotless and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed and pillows, an iron and ironing board, a kettle, and a hairdryer. I especially loved the glowing blue wall, it was simply magical.

The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing me to work and study comfortably.

There is a wonderful rooftop pool, and the ground floor houses a gym equipped with everything necessary - including water, towels, yoga mats, and apples (for those sudden hunger pangs).

As for the service, the staff went out of their way to ensure my happiness, which was truly touching. When I mentioned that the air conditioning was making the air too dry, the management quickly found a portable air purifier for me. The room service was impeccable, thanks to Trolli (apologies if I got the name wrong) and the rest of the team. They even brought me flowers for puja; they were true ambassadors of kindness and happiness.

I experienced the same level of care at breakfast. I don't eat much, and the staff would sometimes worry about that :) The food was superb, though; I regret not writing down the names of the Indian dishes so I could order them again in the future.

A huge thank you to everyone who made my trip so wonderful!

Cons:

Everything was perfect! Just a small idea: it would be great to have a brochure for foreigners featuring dish names and photos - that would make ordering so much easier. I’m still trying to recall the name of that dark vegetable flatbread - it looked a bit like uttapam but was made from a denser dough, somewhat resembling black bread :)
