Pros:

It's a business hotel with small rooms and not a Hotel for vacationer, however it lists as a Holiday Inn and not an express.

Cons:

the rooms were small and toilets awkward. the Hotel needs to screen better on the guests against abuse of stay (The oldest trade).

As an IHG Elite member and regular guest, I was disappointed with my experience at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse.
I had informed the hotel in advance about my early arrival and requested an early check-in. I arrived at around 6:15 AM, while the guest sharing the second room arrived later, with airport pickup arranged by the hotel at an additional charge.
At the front desk, I was informed that early check-in at 6:15 AM would incur the full previous day's room charge, whereas arriving after 8:00 AM would attract a different charge. I was disappointed by the manner in which the policy was explained, which felt unnecessarily aggressive.
Although I paid the requested amount, the experience left me dissatisfied. As I needed accommodation in Bengaluru for another four nights, I decided to leave the hotel the following day and book another property nearby
As a loyal IHG member, I had expected a more courteous and guest-friendly approach.
