The level of care, attentiveness, and hospitality demonstrated by Ankita, Anjali, Anamika, Deepika, Neha, Shaima, and Vim was truly commendable. Their willingness to assist, positive attitude, and dedication to guest comfort made a lasting impression and elevated my overall experience.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shiv Bose (General Manager) for fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service. His effective leadership and commitment to maintaining high standards were evident throughout my stay and played a key role in making it both enjoyable and memorable.
