The hotel location is central and very convenient. The views are exceptional especially while having breakfast.
Had to pay to have our luggage stored for an hour as we arrived an hour earlier to check in.
Everything esp roof top bar!
Lifts very slow
Location
Restaurant/Bar closed for private functions both nights I stayed.
Stayed there for 3 nighty on a business trip. the hotel is at Leicester square right in the middle of everything important in central london. Very good tube connections, hundreds of restaurant at every price point and China town is just adjacent. The staff welcomed me and upgraded my room. the room is in a very good condition, very clean and the Air conditioner worked flawlessly.
The restaurant at the top floor serve very good breakfeast and in the evening is a lively bar. noise can be an issue from outside but that's the price you pay to be in the middle of the west end and everything, but after midnight it calms down.
I highly recommend it for anyone coming to London for sighseeing and tourist attractions.
A very mediocre hotel to say the least. Reception staff was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful at check in. Was was decent but location is on top of a busy square so it was very loud in the room. Restaurant on the roof has great views but breakfast was terrible. Overall not worth the money at all.
Good location, clean room.
Booked a premium Queen room because we didn’t want a room where it’s so tight it’s hard to move around the bed. The premium Queen rooms on the listing looked like they had decent proportions so we booked this. In the room we got I had to climb over the bed to get into it (tiny passage and wall mounted tv blocking the way anyway), it was so narrow! There was space by the door and bathroom instead.
Contacted the hotel on multiple occasions to clarify there wasn’t a mistake with our room allocation but eventually they got back to us to say our room is technically 20sqm so qualifies as premium Queen. Personally we felt this was dishonest and the room we had should not have been classed - and charged - like so. Also to note, one bathrobe as standard for bookings for two, and while the soundproofing from outdoor noises was good, the sound of slamming doors inside woke us up multiple times a night.
The view.
The hotel needs a major investment specially being from a big company. It sad too see how it all looks.
they did not help me when i was in a horroble stuation.
