The location was perfect

كان مصبرني انها ليلتين وطالعة للمطار
1- التاكسي لا يصل للاوتيل فيه تسحيب شنط في زحمة الناس
2- المبني قديم والمصاعد تصدر صوت مزعج مدخل الاوتيل درج مزعج مع الحقائب
3- تم اخراجنا صباح باكر لان فيه حالة حريق لم ياتي اي اعتذار اوشرح من الفندق ولا نعلم هل هو انذار حقيقي ام طواري
4- اي احد يقدر يدخل ويروح للمصاعد او الدرج بحكم وجود بار في الادوار العليا يفترض فيه مصعد للزوار ومصعد للنزلاء يفتح بالكرت
5- الاوتيل في منطقة زحمة والشحاذين والهوم لس ينامون عند الباب

Location was perfect! Reception staff was very friendly and kindly upgraded us to a Premium room which made our stay extra special.
Rooftop lacked in atmosphere, not what we expected. cocktails were nice, expensive. would have been nice to get a few crisps or peanuts.

Curtains too small for the window and was very light in the morning
Check in was pleasant although front desk got cramped when other guests arrived.
Room was a decent size considering the hotels’ very central location.
Sliding door to bathroom was very stiff and hard to open/close.
Rooftop bar has excellent views but staff up there are somewhat hit and miss. Waiter who served us was very “yes” or “no” and lacking in hospitality or empathy (no snacks or anything other than bottled beer yet pints were available on our return later. Odd.)
Breakfast was good, decent choices and polite service.
In summary, ALL staff need to be pleasant and empathetic when customer facing. Mechanics of rooms need some attention. Location is very good.
The Indigo hotel is just grubby. My room floor looked dirty and I found someone else toe nails on the floor. I raised the issue with reception and they said after an investigation. The cleaning staff were spoken to and they were looking to reclaim their costs. Reception also said I must have moved the bed. I had no apology nor put at easy my room would be cleaned.
For the money in central London you would expect better.

Mi hija tenia mal una pierna y estaba con muletas y nos dieron una habitación de minusvalidos amplia lo cual Le ayudaba sobretodo en el baño con los agarres especiales.
Q la ventana no se podía abrir aunque fuera un poco.
Pero menos mal q tenía ventana porque las dos noche antes qu estuve con una amiga en este mismo hotel no teníamos y era agobiante.
