Mooie kamer, maar veel geluidsoverlast

Cons:

De ramen zijn erg dun. Je hoort het verkeer alsof het in de kamer voorbijrijdt. Daarnaast hangt er een vlaggenmast aan de buitenmuur die bij ieder briesje wind een metaal op metaal geluid maakt. 's Nachts erg slecht geslapen door het geluid van buiten. Bij de receptie aangegeven bij het uitchecken. De man vertelde dat het een bekend probleem is.

La localisation du restaurant et l'accueil à la réception sont très bien. Le reste laisse à désirer.

La localisation est très bien
L'accueil à la réception a été impeccable

Cons:

- Le parking (sous-terrain) est trop loin 10' à pied quand on arrive tard le soir, seule (j'ai perdu 45' rien que pour gérer le parking)
- Il y a 2 volées d'escalier pour atteindre la chambre. Avec une valise, ce n'est pas pratique
- La carte du restaurant est très pauvre. Le service est très bien

O pequeno almoço foi excelente. E a localização é ótima, junto a uma rua pedonal e ao lado do palácio onde o rei trabalha. Não há nenhum ruído.

Mooie locatie, maar zeker nog wel wat verbeterpunten.
Pros:

De locatie was ideaal. Midden in het centrum nabij het paleis Noordeinde.

Cons:

Bij het inchecken werd alleen Engels gesproken. Verder is het de staat van onderhoud en de netheid van het hotel niet overeenkomstig met de 4 sterren classificatie. Vloertegels kapot, op de 2e etage waar onze kamer was zijn ook de wanden van de gangen vies met vlekken en smerigheid. De schoonmaak van de kamer was ook niet goed te noemen. Vlekken op de stoelen, kringen op tafels, vieze spiegels, en viezigheid in de badkamer ( haren en stof ).
Het ontbijt was in de ochtend goed van kwaliteit maar met 2 medewerkers in het restaurant niet voldoende. Er was nauwelijks overzicht. Bij het uit checken kon er amper een fatsoenlijk bedankje en begroeting vanaf. Nee, dit hotel was zijn 4-sterren classificatie niet waard. Jammer…
