Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle zentrale Lage. Sonderwunsch für Zimmer wurde berücksichtigt. Ruhiges Zimmer (auch auf Strassenseite). Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Besondere Atmosphäre im alten Bankgebäude.

Cons:

Leider war die Markise in unserem Zimmer defekt und dadurch kaum Tageslicht im Raum.
Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu weich.

pas adapté pour personnes à mobilité réduite

l'emplacement est top. le batiment est splendide

Cons:

l'accessibilité pour personne en fauteuil est nulle : obligé de passer par un ascenseur de service qui pue la clope, obligé de demander qu'on ouvre la porte d'accès à chaque sortie, la salle de bain super glissante

Den Haag ist immer einen Besuch wert!!!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum von Den Haag mit seinem sehr schönen Stadtkern und historisch relevanten Monumenten inkl. Königspalast. Hier lässt es sich auch abends netten Bummeln und die umliegenden teilweise sehr guten Lokalitäten aufsuchen. Das Hotel selbst verfügt ebenfalls über einen netten Außenreich (Restaurant/Bar), die wir leider nicht mehr besuchen konnten.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Eine kleine Enttäuschung war das Zimmer. Da wir in der 3. Etage (unterm Dach) untergebracht waren, hatte das Zimmer natürlich Schrägen. Für eine größere Person damit nur teilweise problemlos begehbar. Der Raum war nett eingerichtet, allerdings alles ziemlich beengt, das Bad nur über hohe Stufen erreichbar (wäre für Menschen mit mit Hüftprobleme etc. in jedem Fall eine ziemliche Beeinträchtigung). Nicht angenehmen war, dass das Zimmer recht dunkel ist und nur zwei kleine Fenster zur Verfügung stehen, aus denen man zwar gen Himmel blicken kann, aber sonst wenig sieht. Diese lassen sich auch nicht öffnen, was wir aber dann beim Personal anfragten und hier Abhilfe schaffen konnten, denn ganz ohne Frischluft wollte man trotz Klimaanlage in dem engen Raum nicht liegen.

Pros:

Prima gelegen hotel met vriendelijk personeel en verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Onze kamer mocht wel eens afgestoft worden en in de douche stond nog iets achtergelaten door een vorige gast.

Me gusto sobre todo la forma de tratarnos y de atendernos. El desayuno bien, tienen mucha variedad.

Tenia la puerta de la ducha rota. No solicitamos cambio de habitacion porque era solo una noche.

Nous y reviendrons avec confiance et plaisir
Pros:

Le charme de l aménagement intérieur, le personnel charmant, la situation géographique, les petites attentions, l ambiance générale

Cons:

un peu de poussière (j'y suis allergique) sur les accessoires salle de bain, la penderie, le bar à côté duquel nous avons pris le petit déjeuner. Pas de chocolat chaud au petit-déjeuner et manque de certains mets à 9h30.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel kann nicht besser sein. Auch das Frühstück ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und Gäste orientiert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber wie man es erwartet....dies habe ich angesprochen...es fand eine Nachbesserung statt, aber zwischen Ansprache und Umsetzung verging fast ein ganzer Tag.
Da sehe ich in beiden Fällen Verbesserungspotential.
