Prima maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

De locatie is heel goed. Gebruik van de minibar is kosteloos.

Cons:

Douchedeur kapot (verwijderd) en zeeppompjes. Raar dat je naar je kamer (loft kamer) moet via deur in het restaurant.
Aan de achterkant van de kamer was blijkbaar de opslag voor het restaurant/bar. Om 7:30/08:00?? Al heel veel herrie van het heen een weer rijden van kratten drinken etc.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Lits confortables. La jeune équipe de la réception (stagiaires ?) est aimable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien (même si le réapprovisionnement n'est pas assez rapide -- il manquait du saumon fumé)

Cons:

L'hôtel est plutôt vétuste. Pour le prix on s'attend à mieux. Carrelage au sol cassé (près de l'ascenseur du 2ème étage). La peinture aux mur est rayée par le passage des chariots des femmes de ménage. La lumière du miroir de la SDB est trop faible. Les rideaux (chambre) ne sont assez larges et la lumière de l'extérieur vous réveille tôt le matin. Une alarme à notre étage a sonné à 7 heures du matin car la vapeur de douche dans une chambre voisine a déclenché l'alarme ! Etant donné que nous étions en vacances, pas très agréable. L'insonorisation n'est pas top. On entendait des bruits de pas (ou autre) au dessus de notre chambre et la voix d'un enfant dans la chambre voisine (mais de courte durée). Il n'y a pas de placard dans la chambre. Vue sur un parking et cour d'un immeuble. Les employés (agence d'intérim ?) du sce de pétit déjeuner ne semblent pas du tout aimer leur travail et ont l'air tristes. La banquette du petit déjeuner était en mauvais état (vétuste). L'ascenseur est en mauvais état (peinture manquante - traces de rayures de chariots ?). Le ménage le premier jour n'avait pas encore était fait à 13 heures. Comme je ne voyais pas la femme de ménage, je l'ai signalé à la réception. Le lendemain, en quittant l'hôtel après le petit déjeuner, j'ai signalé à la réception que la femme de ménage pouvait faire la chambre (il n'y avait pas l'étiquette qu'on accroche à la porte)...A 17 heures, nous sommes rentrés et la chambre n'était toujours pas faite !!! J'ai appelé la réception qui a envoyé deux jeunes (sous-traitance - confirmé par la réception le jour du départ) qui ont fait la chambre en moins de 10 minutes. Ils ont fait les lits et changé les serviettes (pas d'aspirateur, pas de serpillère, pas de dépoussiérage, etc.). Ils étaient très aimables et ce n'est pas de leur faute, c'est un problème de gestion de l'hôtel !

Pros:

The breakfast was very good but never reached the heights of our previous visit over 2 years ago.
The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark.
Some of the staff are pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The hotel promotes itself as being especially sustainable but all sinks in the hotel have no plug mechanism and the complimentary slippers are of the type that have a life of several 1000 years.
We were disappointed that the erstwhile relationship with Voco that offered a gym service is no longer available.

Bardzo interesujący budynek hotelu po dawnym banku , hotel butikowy z klimatem i interesującymi elementami wystroju.Hotel jest w 100% inspirowany historią, kulturą, architekturą oraz klimatem dzielnicy, w której się znajduje. Budynek stoi w prestiżowej dzielnicy handlowej, dokładnie naprzeciwko oficjalnego Pałacu Królewskiego Noordeinde. Łączy w sobie motywy królewskie z bankową przeszłością.

De regendouche deed het maar amper omdat de meeste gaatje door kalk verstopt waren. Er lag allemaal wc papier in de wasbak

Quaint landing in the heart of The Hague

Really liked the style of the hotel and the rooms while keeping its heritage and adding quirks in the design. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to public transport and city life, yet very quiet and quaint.

excellent location, historic building, attentive and friendly staff
Pros:

excellent historic building with really nicely thought out rooms and spaces, loved the location and my room overlooking the palace, what a nice view on a beautiful central street. the staff was phenomenal, check in was lovely and each time greeted with warmth and friendliness. thank you lucia, channin, gabriella, diana, christos. the stay felt familiar and welcoming. cant wait to visit again!

Dé ideale uitvalbasis om Den Haag te verkennen !
Pros:

Absolute toplocatie pal in het centrum, mooie , ruime kamers met alle comfort en een prima ontbijt ! We hadden ook een parking geregeld op loopafstand via het hotel aan zeer democratische prijs. Als je Den Haag wil bezoeken ben je hier aan het juiste adres !

Cons:

We sliepen op de eerste verdieping en soms was er wel wat lawaai op 't straat. Maar zeker geen groot probleem
