InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 by IHG

We had a perfect stay at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72. What made it different wasn't just the spacious, luxurious rooms with million-dollar views of Hanoi, but also the professionalism and sophistication of the entire staff. Everything was perfect, from check-in and room service to check-out; everything was thoughtful and quick. IHG members were always prioritized and so attentive that we always felt appreciated and welcomed every time we return.

The Executive Lounge and breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all served meticulously. The atmosphere was tranquil, the menu was high-quality, and the service was always impeccable. The consistency in the operational standards of an international hotel bearing the IHG brand was clearly evident.

This is my favourite hotel in Hanoi and the main reason, I keep returning is that I was very well taken care of by an extremely helpful, professional and very competent FOM, Mr Le Khak Tien. We have met during my previous stays. He was not working those days I was staying but yet, he reached out to me and ensured me that my allergy requests were well taken care of. In addition, he assisted me with my transport to Halong Bay and asked his staff to liaise with my driver to make sure everything would be running smoothly.

When I had a customer service issue with one of the staff at the Club Intercontinental, he offered assistance and instruction on the mobile phone and advised the staff accordingly. I could see that the team had a very high regard and respect for Tien Le.

As usual, the other attractions this hotel has for me are the excellent breakfast buffet spread, the sumptious wine and food at the Club Intercontinental, authentic Korean food, and cleanliness in both the private and public areas.

I've visited IC Landmark 72 several times for some special occasions. Many of the staffs have remembered my name already. The service is always extraordinary from a warm greetings, comfortable setup, high-quality food, to a gentle farewell. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Lan and Ms. Hang from the club lounge. They always make me warm and sometimes Unforgettable memory. I'll surely come back next time.

This was my second time staying at the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, and the experience was just as wonderful as my first visit!
Even before our arrival, I had been in touch with Do Khuong via email. Do Khuong was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfectly arranged for our trip. Upon arrival, our group of four was warmly welcomed at the Executive Lounge by Chi Hong, who provided outstanding hospitality and made us feel right at home.
By combining my IHG Diamond Ambassador status with our room booking, we were able to fully enjoy the Executive Lounge privileges for two days. The service, food, and overall atmosphere in the lounge were absolutely top-notch and added so much value to our stay.
We had an incredibly happy and memorable time in Vietnam, largely thanks to the fantastic team here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and we definitely look forward to returning in the future!

I would like to share my feedback regarding my booking experience this morning.

Today, I contacted three different 5-star hotels in Hanoi to make a reservation. Unfortunately, my experience with InterContinental Landmark72 Hanoi was very different from the others.

I was informed that, according to hotel policy, bookings can only be made by email. While I understand that every hotel has its own procedures, the conversation made me feel as if I was dealing with a government office rather than a luxury hotel. As a local resident, I expected a more flexible and customer-friendly approach to communication. Still, I did not feel that the hotel was willing to make the booking process easier for its guests.

I am a frequent guest at your hotel, and I have always recognized both the strengths and areas for improvement. However, this booking experience highlighted a significant difference in service compared with the other hotels I contacted today. In my opinion, this was not the level of service I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

If the team was particularly busy at the time, I can certainly understand that. However, I hope you will review your customer communication process so that loyal guests can enjoy a warmer and more helpful booking experience in the future.

Special mention to the Club Lounge staff and in particular to Ms Hang Thao. She went over and above every day to ensure all our needs were met and even arranged for pho soup to be served to us though it was not on the menu that day .

True hospitality at its finest. The culinary experience was exceptional, with breakfast, conference tea breaks, lunch and dinner all beautifully executed. The “insider experience” was a highlight, especially the opportunity to enjoy a variety of authentic Vietnamese coffee during the tea breaks.
The room offered a stunning view and was impeccably clean. Thoughtful touches such as the turn-down service, amenities, and fresh roses made the stay even more special.I truly loved every detail.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hanoi. While the hotel is located a bit further from the Old Quarter, the vibrant and bustling atmosphere is very much part of the city’s charm. Coming from a developing country, I could appreciate that the lively energy particularly the endless stream of motorbikes—is simply part of Hanoi’s unique culture .Traveling to Hanoi or anywhere in Vietnam is an incredibly worthwhile experience, rich in culture and discovery.

We were scammed by a different so called 5 star hotel, so we checked out early and checked into the intercontinental. This hotel was great and actually a 5 star- clean, comfy, staff were courteous and the best was the breakfast, such a variety!

I had a very pleasant stay at the InterContinental Hanoi. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with beautiful views and great amenities. The view was just amazing. 63rd floor, WOW something new and we don't have in Fiji :).
Overlooking the busy day and light life of Hanoi. The location is excellent — peaceful and convenient for getting around the city. The staff provided outstanding service throughout the stay, always friendly, professional, and helpful. Also, the facilities provided, was just great, Spa, the Pool and Sauna. Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard in both the rooms and common areas. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, making it easy to rest well.
