Duchados del baño muy incómodo y no tienen caja fuerte en habitación, cuando consulte me dijeron que no tenían. Personal del front desk poco servicial. Muy mal servicio.

Beautiful downtown hotel with very courteous staff
Pros:

Hotel Indigo in Downtown Kansas City offers superior service and a good location from which to explore the city. The rooms are well-furnished, the beds and pillows are great, and the bathroom is modern and in excellent condition. The valet service was particularly good and helpful during a busy time in the city (for a World Cup '26 match). Every staff person was helpful and courteous.

Cons:

There was not much to dislike about this hotel. Offering valet parking until midnight rather than 11:00 pm would be helpful. Oddly, the water in the sink wouldn't stay cold, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Hotel Indigo is the best place to stay in downtown!
Pros:

Everything from the front desk to the valet, room and restaurant/bar was amazing!! The bed was comfortable the temps perfect!

Cons:

The shower setup caused water to get on the floor, which caused it to be slippery.

Loved the Indigo!
Pros:

Loved the hotel! Our Room was very clean & cozy with nice extra touches including robes and slippers for us to wear. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bar had delicious fresh food and drinks. Would return!
