Fabulous hotel, in a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk to the action!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for several days during the European heat wave. We chose it because it was only about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and close to restaurants and shops. Like all Hotel Indigos, this one is smartly decorated. It has a fashion-oriented theme that carries over from the lobby to the rooms. Even in the 100 degree heat, the rooms always felt comfortable due to the ample A/C. The room and bathroom seemed larger than found in typical major city hotels, so we had no issues with luggage cramping the room. The room was also very quiet. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Rhey, who checked us in and handled various requests during our stay. There’s a great Chinese restaurant a couple of doors down for a quick last minute bite, and many other choices within a block or two. There’s also a Carrefour Express one block away for snacks and incidentals. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Milan.

Excellent Hotel in excellent location
Pros:

We were here unfortunately only for a night. The friendly staff with exceptional service in reception and in bar / breakfast area. Although this is a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was way better than most of the 5 stars hotels I stayed. Located very close to centrally. If I ever comeback to Milan again, this is the hotel I’ll stay

Indigo in Milan
Pros:

I was in Milan last week and stayed at the indigo, its a cool cute hotel, but what sets it apart is the staff. I checked into the hotel with Alessandro, the nicest most polite guy, gave me room early answered all my questions and was super helpful. I then went to grab some food where Simone and the team were the best. very attentive helpful and courteous. Rhey at the front desk had a great recommendation for dinner, it was so good i took other friends there on the second night in Milan. Rhey was super helpful with directions and his advice, cant thank him enough for his help. Unfortunately i had to check out . : ( Alessandro and Olena assisted at check out, they were both super helpful with assisting with transportation, Olena even came outside to ensure all was in order and speak to the driver on my behalf. The location is great but the staff is even better. I will stay there again when i return simply because of the level of service i received!!! Great job to all and Thank you for everything!!!

Pros:

Нам здесь нравится все ! Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз , когда приезжаем в Милан . По уровню сервиса, качеству номеров - это 5*. Если бы у отеля была шикарная входная группа , точно мб сказать , что это 5*.

Pros:

O hotel recebe muito bem , são amigáveis, dão garrafinhas de água, a cama e o café são excelentes. A localização é o ponto de ouro, pertinho da Duomo e ao mesmo tempo longe da multidão. Adorei!

Cons:

A academia é bem escondida e causa certa insegurança ao usar, o restaurante para jantar poderia oferecer mais opções , achei bem limitado o cardápio

An example of perfection!
Pros:

This hotel should be the exemplar for all others. Most of all, the staff was unusually attentive and helpful. The staff would stop what they were doing and open the door for me, a true kindness, as I walk with a cane. The front desk worked their butts off getting me a room for early check-in, they served coffee while I waited, and the room, due to allergies, was perfectly feather-free. Breakfast was stretched across 6 tables, and your preferred form of coffee—or lactose-free milk—was handed to you by kind staffers. Every day there were plentiful fruits, meats, veggies, yogurt, lactose-free yogurt, and tasty desserts. The breakfast staffers were helpful, understood English, and tended to every need. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. The location is one metro stop from the Duomo, and located in an upper class neighborhood with a lot of stores (high-end kind), affordable pizzerias, etc. This is my place of choice!
