Dirty.

Cons:

It is incredibly dirty in the room. As a housekeeper myself, i give a little grace, but this was bad. The bathroom alone was….scary. Hair still in the tub, built up dust, broken door doorhandle etc. The room itself was comparable to an apartment AFTER you evict someone. In ROUGH shape.

Other than inconsiderate guests with dogs, everything else was fine.
Cons:

Guest pets need to be controlled so as not to impede other guests sleep. Barking dogs in the middle of the night is a no-no.

Kind service, large accommodations with all the supplies you need to have a comfortable stay. Dog friendly makes it easy to travel with your fur babies.

I complained of uncleanliness. Staff told me Management was notified with no correction.
Pros:

The sheets, towels , and rug were Dirty and had stains. I called Main desk and staff came up with linen. I complained and they took picture they told me they were telling Manager and to expect Call. I asked if they were going to make the bed and she said no. Sheets only one on. I made the bed and the mattress Cover was disgusting!! I asked staff if they were going to adust the bill.
I never heard from from Management. The Next day at Check out I complained again. The staff appologized and said she would Tell Manager. The Manager would Call me I heard crickets. Terrible experience will never book at Candlewood again!!!!

Cons:

I specifically looked in Reviews for a cleanliness review. It said Candlewood was clean or „good“. The sheets, towels and rugs were disgusting. The staff took pictures and said that they told Manager. Wuestionable. Management never called me either time I complained. I feel like this was said to pascify Customer. Hoping Customer will forget!
