An exceptional stay at Sheraton PJ
Pros:

The Sheraton team is marvelous. They prepared our arrival perfectly. Request for additional bed and simple decoration for birthday are granted.

Parking is a flat rate of RM5. Please validate at the reception prior to departure. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast at the Feast is good.

Executive Lounge is at 31 floor. The team worked hard to ensure everything is in order. Food being replenished timely.
Our check out was processed smoothly at the lounge. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely return.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to thank Abid from the Front Desk for his excellent service during check-in. He was polite, professional, and very approachable. He answered my questions clearly and courteously, and even when the answer was not what I had hoped for, he explained it in such a pleasant and respectful way that I felt completely understood and valued. Thank you, Abid, for making a positive difference to my stay.

The emphasis should be on the attitude towards the customer.
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are nice.

Cons:

The reception staff is incompetent. Problems with payment. They cannot make normal decisions to solve the problem. Constant harassment in my room with letters to come to reception. It is their fault but they bothered me all the time.
