Nice breakfast, handy staff, Recommended
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptionally good, but dinner within hotel in Chinese restaurant is average, not many choices. The Japanese one is very good but price is eye watering .

Cons:

The lift is confusing, room are not spacious , more on French/ Italian level. The airco is to loud- wo airco is hel with airco you are in flight mode. I hated dresding code during breakfast from some nationality- they wearing not adequate clothes for 5* hotel.

Great hospitality and awesome service
Pros:

It was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I would like to commend the team for the excellent service provided throughout my stay. Especially hats off to Mr Sheikh Rahman, Front office manager for going the extra mile to make my stay feel more special. From Housekeeping to the Front office, everything was phenomenal, particularly the friendly and welcoming staffs.

Cons:

i booked 2 rooms. when i came to check in at 3pm, they told me one of the rooms that i booked was in the middle of cleaning so they told me to check in the first room first and they will call back once the other room is ready
waited till 430pm but still yet to be ready
i had to go to the receptionist and remind them again for it
and sadly the keys were only given to me at 5pm

Good location
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel. I booked a 1-Bedroom King Suite for one night in June to attend a function.

The Room: Very spacious with a separate living area. The soundproofing is good, and the bath shower pressure is strong.

Elite Benefits: Excellent Titanium Elite recognition. I received both complimentary breakfast and Executive Lounge access.

Dining: The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food selections.

Logistics: Parking costs a flat rate of RM 5.50. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get a public ride to Kuala Lumpur's nightlife.
