Staff was really friendly and helpful
There was some construction going on really early in the morning. Out of their control but would have been nice to know

When I booked the room I asked for two beds and got 1 bed. The TV did not turn on with remote. When I called the front desk I was told to physically walk to the TV and turn it on by pressing a button. The shower water pressure was extremely low. It literally dribbled out of the shower head. I called the front desk again and was told the service/ maintenance person can fix it the following morning at 9am, which was about an hour after I checked out. The pool water was beyond cold. The room with tax was $274.16. I was disappointed and won't stay there again.dont stay hear
Room was very clean. Good location.
I believe there was remodeling going on on the 3rd floor where we stayed. Paint smell was very strong. One elevator was our of order and the hallway was messy from the painting. Other than that the room was great no complaints.

Bed was nice and comfortable. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly.
Newly Renovated room had a toilet that sometimes wouldn’t flush with a huge crack in the bowl. Low flow shower water pressure. Floor was wet in a spot that would not dry. I know this sounds silly but they offered no hard boiled eggs like other IHG I stayed at. I really think for those wanting egg protein for breakfast that it needs to be an everyday offering of selection. Not everyone want breakfast nuggets or pancakes or cheesy eggs. Some really like a simplified healthy breakfast.
The room was just ok. You could tell the bathroom/shower were old and worn. No fan in the bathroom. The bed was nice. The breakfast was not so great. Looked old, over cooked and had no flavor. I did not talk with staff other then check in. She was nice.
