Location is good very close to time square

Cons:

1. Room picture and physical room far different
2. No towels ( I informed to receptionist at night after checking in
3. Washroom not cleaned ( public toilets are clean then this hotel washroom
4. Noises come from others room also from road
5. Bunk beds suitable for kids can't sleep, it's moving and making sound not comfortable
6. Room is tiny and conjusted.

A comfortable enough place to live.
Clean environment kudos to the domestic staff. Special credit to the one who comes in early in the morning to clean the bathroom before the guests take their shower. I found that impressive. On a whole a very helpful and respectful staff.

Cons:

Sometimes the way I was spoken to....loudness, suggestion of frustration...probably culture. At times got the impression I was a bother.
People running back and forth making noise like children on the 29th of April and 2nd May..
Internet passes did not work well for the most part.
I for one got the impression that people who were previously attempting to disturb my life were able to influence the staff at some point.

-Mauvaise adresse: pas dans la rue indiquée.
-Pas de réponse à ma demande d’arrivée après minuit.
-Mouche dans la douche.
-WC et Douche communes : pas à l’appartement mais sur le palier!
-Gel douche pour 1 jour, pas 6 jours.
-Pas de liquide vaisselle.
-Pas de torchon.
-Pas de sopalin.
-Pas d’eau chaude.
-Système de radiateur à eau très bruyant (en pleine nuit).
-Wifi payant : 10$/jour!
-Dépose bagage 7$/personne!
-Pas d’étagère ni meuble pour poser ses affaires.
-Aucune possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer (odeurs de renfermé).
-Pas de possibilité de régler la température.
-Le personnel présent sur place semble coutumier aux plaintes, ne résolvent aucun problème et donne le numéro de téléphone de l’hôte.

The rude front desk clerk. She was very unfriendly and when I asked any questions regarding what booking.com stated and what they were asking me for, she became combative and rudely told me I needed to contact my host, because the deposit isn't her problem. Then proceeded to ask me, why I even booked with the them...
The TV didn't work and when I was able to get a channel to come in, it was infomercials. The shared bathroom was disgusting and wifi was $10 a day. Went to do laundry and you had to buy a laundry card to load cash on. It cost $10 and could only be loaded $10 at a time. I ended up spending $20 on ONE Load OF LAUNDRY. The wifi was the worst part, because I could have stayed somewhere else and paid just as much money and had amenities most normal places have. Whole place is a scam with hidden fee after hidden fee.

Cons:

The rooms aren't super nice. They're exactly like their picture. Good for the money. Would stay again. If you want something with comfort, this is not the place for you.
