It's good property definitely but not at all a star property.
Pros:

Location and Staff behaviour. Located close to Gate 5 and Gate 4. Gate 5 is also entry point for Mayadevi temple and Ashokan pillar. Gate 4 is near to boating site.

Cons:

1. 3 bedded rooms were extremely small. It doesn't even fit 3 luggages.
2. AC is of Mediaeval age and works really slow.
3. No access to verandah, which is sealed completely.
4. For breakfast only defined platter wwas available having four items only and there was no option for Buffet.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Pros:

I spent one night here with my family. It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is very close to the main Maya Devi Temple—you can walk to the main entrance gate of Lumbini within 2 minutes.
We booked a family room with breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was also very good. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. The girls working at the reception were especially honest and welcoming.
We had a great time at this hotel, and we definitely recommend it.

Bad stay, bad food, bad restaurant staff!
Pros:

Friendly hotel staffs!

Cons:

Kundan Restaurant, very poor service. We ordered food, but it took over an hour to arrive. When we tried to ask about the delay, a staff member told us, “You’re not the only client, we have other customers, and your order will be prepared after theirs.” This kind of response is unacceptable.

It’s okay because of location
Pros:

The location of this hotel was great walking distance from Mahadevi temple! Breakfast was nice!

Cons:

The shower wasn’t looking the cleanest and it’s literally right next to the toilet without a curtain, it had 2 buckets to help shower! The floors in the room looked alittle dirty and even had someone’s sandals in my room! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable either

Pros:

Close to Maya Devi and other temples. Places to eat nearby. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Room not cleaned, rubbish bins not emptied, water and toilet paper not replenished during our stay.
