Good location but false advertisement on room quality
Pros:

The staff at this place were truly delightful, sourced a mattress topper for me when I needed, carried my suitcase up the stairs, and were always kind and helpful. The location is also very good, only a 5 min walk into the old town!

Cons:

I paid for a room „with a window” and got one with a solid wooden door that opened up into the building interior, with a skylight far above. I would not advertise that as a window.
My room was also listed as being „soundproofed” but was anything but. I could everything going on in the hotel hallways, furniture being moved and children screaming incessantly at early hours of the morning. I sleep in earplugs and still was woken up repeatedly.

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An
Pros:

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The family who own it are so so lovely and are very helpful. The location is perfect! Just on the edge of the old town so only a short walk in. Our room and bathroom were also very clean which I think is the most important thing. If we ever come back to Hoi An we will definitely return!

האנשים בקבלה מאוד חמודים, החדר מושלםםם באמת גדול מקלחת עם זרם טוב ומים חמים, כל יום הביאו לנו מגבות חדשות ובקבוקי מים. המיקום נדיר ממש על הנהר ועל איפה שכל הברים והעיר העתיקה, איכשהו זה באיזור ממש שקט, הארכנו את השהות כמה פעמים וממש אהבנו!!! ממליצה!!!
