Overnight stay in Aberdeen prior to catching the ferry to the Shetland Isles
Pros:

Easy to find - central location within walking distance from the rail station
No reception staff but the instructions for access were clear and sent in advance by email
Excellent value for money
Plenty of restaurant/pubs nearby
The coffee house below offered a light breakfast (breakfast muffins/wraps/toasties) however we decided to walk into the centre and find a cafe doing a full breakfast

Cons:

There was a cabinet for leaving left luggage but unfortunately one of the locks had been broken and was being repaired. Space was limited and we were unable to lock away both our cases. I spoke with a lady who was servicing the rooms and she kindly offered to watch our bags throughout the morning whilst she was servicing the rooms.

Ho apprezzato l'ampiezza della stanza e del bagno, così come quella del letto. È stato utile che abbiano lasciato dei biscotti e del the per una merenda veloce. I prodotti da bagno erano di qualità.

Cons:

Nulla! Forse avrei preferito avere qualche indicazione in più per il parcheggio, essendo una zona a traffico limitato: basterebbe aggiungere qualche indicazione sui parcheggi a pagamento lì vicini.

Great location but not ideal if you need wifi
Pros:

The location is excellent - just a short walk from the heart of the city. Despite the close proximity to lots of bars and clubs, I did not find the noise a problem.

Cons:

The internet connection in my room was very poor; a very weak connection which frequently dropped out and made work impossible.

Perfect location - central but quiet, room is compact but has all everything you need, with relatively spacious bathroom. No staff on site but very efficient communication and practical set-up for checking in and out.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Wer ein hartes Bett mag, ist happy. Das Bad ist top und hatte eins der besten Duschen auf meiner Reise. Die eine Mitarbeiterin die ich antraff, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die hässlichste Aussicht die ich je hatte und widerspricht in keiner Weise dem Grund warum ich gebucht hab. Es ist auch mit nichten ein Hotel. Auch das hat mich enttäuscht, wenn man extra ein Hotel bucht aber ein seelenloses Airbnb antrifft.

Zentral gelegenes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel – ideal, um Aberdeen zu Fuß zu erkunden
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, einschließlich Wasserkocher, Föhn und einem großen Badezimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage ist abends allerdings auch einiges los. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar bzw. ein Club, sodass insbesondere am Samstagabend viele Menschen auf der Straße unterwegs waren. Da mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag, war es bis spät in die Nacht recht laut und ich konnte erst später einschlafen.

Convenient for city centre.
Pros:

A very convenient little hotel in the centre of Aberdeen. Lots of nearby restaurants and close to the train station.

Very good - will definitely stay here again next time I visit Aberdeen!
Pros:

My second stay here and I recommend it highly! It has a great location - right in the centre of Aberdeen. The rooms are clean and well- maintained and the staff friendly!

Cons:

While they don't do breakfast, the Gaelic Lane Cafe is on the ground floor and does a decent breakfast. Note however, that it doesn't open until 9am which may not work if your schedule requires an early start.
