Could be great with a bit of TLC

First impression good. Friendly staff . Nice location and beautiful beach.
Spa and indoor pool very pleasant.
Rooftop outdoor pool disappointing as pool ladder loose and wobbly and umbrellas very worn and unstable.
Bath surface very worn and slippery. Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. We were left without toilet paper and freshly made bed had spots and streaks of blood on duvet. Both issues quickly resolved.
Breakfast service didn’t flow very well and staff struggled to keep up despite working flat out.

Excellent Staff, perfect low traffic location, great food! 5 min walk to everything you need.
Pros:

Staff & Location are perfect. Ample parking, Excellent food and staff at Fuel restaurant inside for Breakfast & Dinner. Very nice Rooftop Pool with Cabana for drink service. 5 min walk to Beach,Boardwalk, restaurants and shops. This was our 2nd stay in 2 years and always pleased.

Cons:

I wish there were full shower glass doors, vs only half. Its difficult not to get the bathroom floor wet.
(Perhaps not all rooms are the same)
Perhaps a vending Machine for quick grab snacks or drinks.

Great stay, I would definitely return
Pros:

Nice hotel with modern facilities within a short walking distance to the beach. We had dinner at the Beach restaurant and it was excellent - perfect place for sunset!

Cons:

The breakfast room is small and gets very busy.

Adorámos a atmosfera do hotel, bem como a simpatia e disponibilidade de toda a equipa. A vista é excelente. A piscina interior funciona mediante marcação, mas tudo está muito bem organizado e decorre de forma eficiente.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço foi agradável, mas notou-se alguma confusão durante os períodos de maior afluência. Com o hotel em elevada ocupação, o espaço de circulação torna-se um pouco limitado, o que pode afetar o conforto dos hóspedes.
