Barulho dos hóspedes e serviço de bar muito caro.
A estadia foi excelente os funcionarios são muito simpaticos o quarto sempre muito limpo , um optimo pequeno almoço e a localização do hotel é optima apenas existe alguma dificuldade para conseguir estacionamento no parque do hotel.
Las personas que trabajaban en el alojamiento eran muy agradables. El personal de comedor, igual y se veía que había muy buen ambiente entre ellos.
El acceso al Spa libre y muy tranquilo. Los niños menores de 12 años pueden entrar por la mañana.
Tenían servicio gratuito de toallas, tanto para la piscina, Spa como para llevar a la playa.
Tuvimos un problema con la descripción de la habitación en la plataforma y lo solucionaron rápidamente con una cama supletoria, así como con un detalle en la habitación.

A great choice for a stay at Monte Gordo. The room was huge, with a balcony and the biggest bed I've ever slept in. But what really made the stay so great was the hotel staff. So welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was the usual buffet style. The roof top pool was busy at times but a really nice place to be.

Staff, room and pools were great.
The sports facilities were not as described. Website suggests that there are partnerships and links to all sorts, but when we asked to do paddleboarding and Padel we were just given an out of date leaflet and had to sort it out ourselves.
The hotel is in a quite area and was exceptionally clean.
Does have a beautiful roof top pool as well as spa with indoor pool that are also maintained at top standard.
Room was clean and maintaned clean every day .
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was standard but good quality.
I would return to this are and hotel if I would have the opportunity.
Bed was a bit hard but that is subjective and only that I prefere a slightly softer bed but otherwise was ok.
La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
La limpieza de las habitaciones, en especial las camas hechas estirando la colcha por encima con toda la sabana bajera arrugada, sin sacudir ni estirar. Uno de los días eche el albornoz a lavar para que se lo llevaran y me lo volvieron a colgar sucio en el baño. Por lo demás el hotel está bien, con una distribución un poco rara de las habitaciones, pero bien. La piscina del tejado y los masajes del spa lo mejor del hotel sin duda. Me gustaría hacer una sugerencia , no creo que el Spa sea un lugar de juego para niños la verdad, si estás dándote un masaje relajante (que no es precisamente barato) no es para estar oyendo gritos, saltos al agua, y vocerío allí mismo. Por lo menos el Spa debería reservarse solo para adultos.
