Fair stay
Pros:

The rooms are very big, it's near the medical campus

Cons:

The breakfast is scarce; the fitness room is ridiculously little and the swimming pool was dirty.
They also wrote that there is a shuttle service to the hospital but it's actually not true (it was dismissed two years ago)

Nice and decent Stay, a little lower price will make it a value deal.
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and nice bed and bath with all major amenities and onsite parking.. Flexible and courteous staff.

Cons:

Fruits in breakfast could have been of better quality.

This was the worst experience of a hotel we have ever had. The pictures online absolutely don’t match the hotel. We did not feel safe at this property and were traveling with a special needs child and an infant. We had to leave in the middle of our stay. The room was absolutely disgusting, stains on everything, the floor was sticky and left our bare feet black with dirt, window was cracked glass and broken from the outside, and there were homeless people all around the property. When we asked for more bath towels we were given cleaning towels to use. Your pricing does not match the experience you are charging your guests way too much. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Won’t be booking this hotel again and they charged without my permission when I had requested to pay at the hotel

Very dirty , charged card when I said I was going to pay in the hotel and they guaranteed my rooms and where not even ready when I got there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort suites. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Shame filled hotel of misfits

The waffles

Cons:

Each floor smelled like spilled aftershave and burned my eyes. This hotel gave room keys to our room that we checked into to someone else that we did not know, or have any association with. She looked like a prostitute, thank goodness we happened to be in the room at the time, or who knows what would have happened to our stuff in the room. The elevators always smelled and had sticky floors.
I think homeless people ate at their free breakfast it was gross.

The stay was horrible if you wanted to live in fear. The food didn't taste good,, The swimming pool was dirty. In you went outsde to parking lot there was to many people do strange things.
