One and only time
Pros:

The nightly rate was expensive over $400, had no choice since it was late, however the nightly personal were welcoming and attentive, once check out came the front reception was awful.

The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful, overall "fair" score reflects the chaos of check-in due to the July 31 Hilton booking outage
