Pros:

There was no breakfast. The location is kind of sketchy but it was surprisingly quiet. The space was adequate. The shower pressure was strong and great hot water.

The location. The room smelled a bit funky and bathroom shower could have been cleaner also needs a longer curtain.

Cons:

The microwave did not work. The room smelled like someone was smoking different drugs inside. The table had burns all over it. The bathtub had mold and burns on it. The air conditioner blew a nasty smell out. There was sketchy people all around. The blankets had holes in them and the pillows smelt dirty.

A roach infested dirty run down motel.
Pros:

It was close to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke. There was trash everywhere (beer bottles, cigarettes, weed paraphernalia). Our bathroom wreaked of weed smell all night long. A party broke out at 2 am with loud music and no one did anything about it. There were roaches in our room.

The room was sound proof. I couldn't hear from other rooms.

Cons:

The parking lot had shady people hanging around. Didn't have sufficient parking for handicap or enough parking. Bugs was in the room. The bath tub was so stained I was scared to bathe in it because I couldn't tell it had been cleaned. The door had a crack under it and not sealed. I put a chair behind it to make sure it was secure.
