Totalt sett helt okej men snäppa upp servicen kring maten.

Vackert läge med fantastisk utsikt.

Oengagerad personal i matsalen med flera missar. Undermålig frukost för priset.

majapaikka hienoissa maisemissa hyvällä aamiaisella matkalla Norjaan.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Maisemat ravintolasta ja huoneesta hienot. Hotellihuone pienehkö ja hieman kulunut.

Incredible views! But they won't tell you there is a luggage transfer service from the station

View from my bedroom was just magnificent. Also from the public lounges.

Cons:

Saying "it's only 650m from the station" isn't sufficient - pulling heavy long-term-travel bags up the hill in 20cm of snow is no joke! WHY DO YOU NOT INFORM people when booking that there is actually a luggage service that will transport bags to & from the station? Not everyone has the luxury of driving!!! I only found out later on the grapevine! And there is no taxi service to speak of in Abisko or Björkliden. Saunas too close to public changing rooms - noisy and not private enough. Gym full of under maintained and non-useful obsolete equipment - someone needs to put more love in! Food was only okay - not enough range in buffets, again, more love from a foodie would go a long way.
