Cleanliness
5.8
Mixed reports: several guests noted cleanliness and professional housekeeping, but multiple mentions of outdated/dirty areas, leaking showers and bathtub issues suggest below-target cleanliness.
Service
8.8
Consistently strong positive feedback: staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly, helpful and professional across reception, cleaning and restaurant teams.
Location
8
Generally positive: described as well located and convenient (especially for airport access), with a lively surrounding area noted by some guests.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: comfortable beds and large suites with jacuzzi praised, but some rooms/hidden beds appeared neglected and the building is described as dated in places.
Amenities
5.5
Mixed to negative: reliable airport shuttle and gift shop praised, but spa and pool reported run down and poorly maintained, lowering this score.
Value for Money
8.8
Strong positive consensus: multiple guests explicitly call this good or best value for money and felt they received their money's worth.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Generally positive breakfast feedback (fresh, good quality) though some guests wanted more variety and a few reported poor experiences.
Overall Experience
7.3
Balanced overall: many guests would stay again and praise staff and convenience, but recurring facility and maintenance issues temper the experience.

Pros:

the staff are friendly and always ready to assist they go extra mile.

Cons:

facility - old and stained , bathroom water not as hot as expected specially in the morning and at late night, swimming pool poor , the shower facility in the swimming pool not clean and not enough space, food is ok but not that much of a choice, spa needs more privacy, staff uniform needs an immediate change , room has network issue we had to call for service repeatedly

Overall a pleasant stay, but they need to fix the evening hot water issue.
Pros:

Clean sheets soft bed soft fluffy pillow nice towel and big nice clean rooms and helpfull staff Breakfast was good

Cons:

Every evening, the hot water almost ran out. This is a basic amenity, and the hotel needs to upgrade its boiler system to handle peak hours.

Great for a splurge before flying out, but don’t count on the spa
Pros:

Very good value for money, large king suite with inbuilt jacuzzi. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice gift shop, very courteous staff, and reliable free shuttle back to the airport.

Cons:

The spa and pool felt quite run down and ill maintained. The hotel is overall not as new and sparkly as in the photos.

Overall, I'd definitely say I received my moneys worth at this hotel...
Pros:

Breakfast was good, everything was fresh everyday. Wish there was a little more variety, but the food quality was good. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facility is dated...but they make it as comfortable as possible. The STAFF was exceptional...however, when my wife and daughter came to spend the night with me for 1 night, I was told I needed to pay an additional $20. (Front Desk Person). The hide away bed looked like it was kept outside. I don't think it was used in a long time. (just guessing)

Great stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient airport transportation. I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient. The room was quiet, and I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. The Wi-Fi could have been a little faster, but overall everything was very good.
