Hotel foarte frumos.

Cons:

Lipsa de empatie a ospatarilor. La micul dejun nu ni sa explicat cum să comandam cand a fost a la carte. Cand a fost mic dejun olandez a fost perfect. Spre deosebire de alte hoteluri din Bulgaria nu au observat sărbătorirea zilei de nastere.

Τα spa του ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πάνω από την βεράντα της καφετέριας, έτσι στις 6:45 – 7:00 το πρωί ξεκινούσαν οι εργασίες του προσωπικού που ήταν αρκετά θορυβώδης.

Pros:

La struttura è circondata da un bellissimo bosco, e nel nostro caso, al risveglio era tutto immerso nella nebbia: è stato davvero magico! La camera era delle giuste dimensioni, molto pulita. La colazione ben fornita sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che il salato (molto di più, in proporzione). Incluso nel prezzo c’è anche l’accesso alla spa e alla piscina e considerando il prezzo ridotto delle stanze questo è davvero uno dei loro punti forti. Se dovessi tornare a Borovets soggiornerei sicuramente di nuovo qui, anche lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio al 100%!

היה מקום מקסים בתוך היער של ברובץ. מלון מעולה ביחס למחיר. המלון היה די מלא ולמרות הכל היה שקט רגוע ו

האוכל היה טוב מאד, הספא והבריכה מצויינים. כל המלון יפה. הצוות היה אדיב וסיפק לנו כל מה שביקשנו. גם ארוחת הערב היתה טעימה ונעימה. היה חדר גדול ומתאים למתקשיי הליכה.

Cons:

מזרנים יותר קשים ומיטות יותר גבוהות במיוחד בחדרים שנועדו למתקשיי תנועה, זה נמוך מידי עבורם וקשה לקום ממיטה רכה כל כך.

Хотел, който има нужда от ремонт! Захабено оборудване и интериор , занижена хигиена, особено в СПА зоната( топка косми в басейна и някаква чернилка в парната баня!), закуската бе с ниско качествени продукти
