We found Residence Marzia a good value for money and would recommend it to other travellers especially families.
Pros:

The location was good. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. There was a games room with pool & fuseball tables. The breakfast(included) was very extensive with varieties of fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, cheeses, meats, vegetables and pastries. The owners were very pleasant & accommodating, and recommended an excellent seafood restaurant a few blocks away, which they gave us a promotional discount brochure for. The meal was fabulous. Free bicycles were available to use, so we rode up the coast road and into the old town which was so fun.

Pros:

Everything was great. Appartments very cute. Close see, shops, restaurants and bus stops, airport also can be reached by walk. We did enjoy our host in Marzia.

Appartamento carino e ben attrezzato, posizione comoda al mare ed ai principali servizi.

Cons:

L'appartamento risultava freddo, caratteristica probabilmente apprezzabile in estate, ma non in primavera (periodo del nostro soggiorno).
