Pros:

The location is far enough away from the centre of town to be very quiet but still close enough that it is accessible. There are excellent bakeries and restaurants in the area. The rooms are a good size, clean and the history is an aesthetic bonus. And the staff have pleasant, kind and helpful.

Cons:

That i had to leave..also no milk for the coffee in the hotel room.

La zona está bien y encontramos fácil aparcar aunque en verano creo que puede ser peor. El personal muy amable y atento. Tuvimos un percance con el ruido a ciertas horas y lo solucionaron sin problema

No tiene ascensor. El WC está muy alto y las jaboneras de la ducha también.

De perfecte sfeer, ligging en heel aardig personeel.

Cons:

Voor degenen die geen trap kunnen lopen: er is geen lift. Dit viel niet tegen maar was vooraf niet helemaal duidelijk.

Hôtel de charme où l’on se sent bien, bonne literie, au calme et très bon petit déjeuner. Très bien situé proche du centre de Biarritz.
Personnel accueuillant et sympathique.
Une très bonne adresse.

Heerlijk en mooi!
Pros:

Sfeer, vibe, stijl, karakter en had alles, romantisch mooi boutique hotel. Goed bed, airco goede douche en toilet en genoeg haakjes voor je handdoeken, heerlijke zeep en shampoo en heerlijk geslapen geen overlast qua geluid het was muisstil.

Nous avons passé 3 jours vraiment parfaits dans cet hôtel à Biarritz. Tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi : un accueil chaleureux, un personnel toujours disponible et très sympathique, et une ambiance agréable du début à la fin. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, idéale pour se reposer après des journées à profiter de la ville et de l’océan. L’emplacement était également un vrai plus, proche de la plage et des principaux points d’intérêt.
