Please note the hotel's entrance is located at the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd and Newdfoundland road.

The card and cardholder utilized to make this reservation, must be present at check-in along with valid government issued photo ID. An exception will only be made if the guest presents a signed authorization form with valid government issued photo ID from the cardholder, along with a signed copy of the front & back of credit card.

The resort fee includes:
- High-speed WiFi
- 24-hour access to 10XTO gym
- En suite bottled water
- Access to property's film series and screening room (based on availability)

- Year-round, heated rooftop swimming pool

During the summer months (June – September) reservations for the rooftop pool are required for all registered guests. Reservations are available in 2 hour increments from 7am - 11pm and can be made upon check-in. We do our absolute best to ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the pool however popular times may not always be available.

Beginning January 1, 2025, the check-in time at Hotel X Toronto will be adjusted to 4:00 PM EST

The swimming pool will be unavailable for guest use due to annual maintenance from April 9th to April 30th, 2025.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very disappointing
Pros:

It was close to CNE which was useful

Cons:

It was really noisy, there was some (not good) music/singing on 27 Aug went on for over an hour early evening. Then the noise in the corridors, people shouting and laughing, banging doors, woke me up several times between 3 and 4:30am. Dirty carpet (room 502). I couldn’t get a meal as all restaurants booked up and no room in any, just a poor experience for me - so moved hotel (I had planned to stay longer).

Definitely would and will be staying here again in the near future.
Pros:

We were so impressed with the staff right from when we arrived with the valet, than the check-in staff.

Than once we walked into the room the view of the city and the lake was amazing and also the personalized set up for our cat...outstanding!!!

Cons:

What we did not like was the fact that we had to leave :)

Pros:

roof top pool, and veronica was amazing and housekeeping was top notch. Location was perfect access to many different venues.

Cons:

The beds were not that comfortable, and small for the price paid.

Good place where to stay, if visiting some events nearby, but not for family vacation
Pros:

Good location close to the lake, nice swimming pool.

Cons:

Super busy and crowded because of events all around. Also loud music until midnight, it was not easy to relax.

Pros:

Our room was excellent we loved the view from the hotel.

Cons:

The restaurant did not have what was offered on the menu which was the lobster and we were very disappointed. The salad was not fresh and the bar did not have a wide selection of scotch.

Fantastic place in downtosn toronto to stay!
Pros:

Rooftop pool wTer temperature was perfect, not crowdy, house car rides were extremely convinient, view was stunning from the room.

Cons:

We didnt really enjoyed the breakfast. We booked at booking.com with breakfast included but found out very limited optiond in the breakfast package and there was no buffet. The breakfast menu didnt tasted the same even with a repear order.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Familien freundlich (viele Familien auch mit kleineren Kindern).
Die Rooftop Bar, der Pool, das Design. Das Essen im Restaurant „Playbook“ war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot war kein Frühstück wie man es als Europäer gewohnt wäre. Kein Brot; keine Brötchen. Kein gesundes Angebot für Kinder stattdessen Pommes, Burger etc. der Service war zudem wirklich langsam.
Frühstück kann mann auch weg lassen.
