Property Description

Opened in spring 2017, SANSEbay Hotel sits at the edge of San Sebastián's old town next to the port, with views of La Concha Bay, close to the beach and at the gateway to Monte Urgull. It offers 29 rooms and several apartments, all with Smart TV, free high-speed WiFi, private bathroom, minibar and safe.

Pleasant hotel, but expensive

Staff did not warn us about having to break traffic regulations to reach the hotel
A frustrating situation trying to reach the hotel
A little unusual not being able to access our parked car , without a chaperone, or to even drive it in and out of the garage

The staff were excellent the location was fantastic the room was fabulous the hotel was very clean & I must mention the cleaning staff who were superb !

The hotel is located in a short cul-de-sac right off a main street, to it offers perfect peace and quiet while just 20 meters from a main street, right on the Sanse Beach. 100% perfect.

Cons:

Nothing. My spouse and I agreed this is one the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Stylish, comfortable hotel in an unbeatable spot.
Pros:

Fantastic location, very helpful and friendly team, gorgeous room with iconic view, supremely comfortable bed, good aircon, great shower. Parking (valet) surprisingly convenient given the beachfront/town centre location. Breakfast was chosen from a menu so more flexible but still excellent. Good coffee too.

Good location for old town
Pros:

Nice to have a patio and ashtray. However very hard to close the door when actually on patio

Cons:

Bed too hard for me and air conditioning on cool and apparently could not be changed. They helpfully gave me a bathrobe and extra blanket which made it bearable.
