We had a lovely 2 days enjoying San Sebastián
Pros:

Good clean room by the beach and the old town. Staff were very good with communication. There was a lift which was great with luggage

Fabulous location and comfy beds
Pros:

Fabulous location, close to all of the main sites. Lovely staff.
We arrived by bus from Bilbao and the hotel is about 15-20min walk from the bus station. We arrived late at around 11:30pm but the check in process via the codes was very easy and well communicated by the staff.
The hotel is close to a couple of bars, so depending on where your room is located, it might be noisy of a night and when the bottle bins are emptied the following morning. This didn't bother us, but something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper, but don't let it put you off otherwise, it'a lovely hotel!

Perfect 4 days away
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful . Our breakfast was very well presented and very tasty. The location is perfect with only minutes to walk to the old town , fantastic view of the beach and a perfect base to explore .

An excellent hotel that I hope to stay at again in the future.
Pros:

Delicious coffee and Spanish omelette for our last breakfast. Location excellent on the edge of the Old Town, walking distance to everything you need. Very helpful staff who made the stay even better.

Lage des Hotels Nahe dem Hafen und der Altstadt fur Pintxos touren perfect. Ausstattung sehr gut. Die naechtlichen Laermemissionen von der Nahe gelgenen Bar ist der Einzige Punkt welches bei nicht so gut gefallen zu erwaehnen ist.

It was a fabulous hotel all in all !
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location, with what should have been amazing views of the bay. Very helpful staff that helped with reservations for restaurant's and advice. We were also given a room upgrade so we had a view.

Cons:

There was scaffolding right outside our window with workmen literally looking into our room. This wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. The scaffolding and the green netting obscured what should have been an amazing view of the bay. The cleaners didn't collect our empty glasses and left them dotted around the room.
