Perfect location with nice staff
Pros:

Perfect location with a good buzz, staff very lovely and kindly arranged nice transport from hotel back to airport at the end of our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to San Sebastián!

To reach the hotel by car through the controlled pedestrian-priority streets, you must carefully read the instructions and memorize the video (link provided a few days before check-in). Slowly pull directly in front of the hotel, which will likely be crowded with pedestrians and partiers from 10am to 11pm. Check in at the desk. A hidden garage door will open for an assistant to drive your car into a special elevator.
Cars must be fuel efficient to pass local standards to enter downtown, which you can learn on a provided website link after entering your license plate number -- a modern rental car will likely pass okay, not a problem.

Hotel should notify at time of booking the problem with Rooms 101 & 102
Cons:

Room 102 lacked privacy due to busy walkway outside window, which was used until 3am by customers of nearby Bar.

The outside space (terrace) was very limited and lacked privacy - you could hear the neighbouring room.

Pros:

The location was amazing. The staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The room on the main floor was very damp. Fortunately after a day a staff member showed us how to adjust the heating/cooling system to deal with the issue. If this had been pointed out on the first day we would have appreciated it.

Top location, amazing views, great rooms
Pros:

We got upgraded to the roof apartment and it was outstanding. Specifically the option to do laundry and having a large bathroom was great for us. The view from the windows to concha beach is amazing, and we spent time in the mornings and evenings just looking outside at the marvellous bay of San Sebastian. The breakfast is great, with large dishes and quality ingredients. Location is top - we got everywhere by foot.

De locatie is top. We kregen ook een upgrade van de kamer waardoor we een prachtig zicht hadden op de baai.
Ruime kamer en heel proper.

Cons:

Prijzig. Zeker omdat er geen ontbijt inbegrepen is in de prijs en je de parking extra diende te betalen.

Viel zu teurer Aufenthalt für ein Zimmer ohne Tageslicht.

Eigentlich gar nichts.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wie eine Gruft! Wir hatten eine Wand einen Meter vom Fenster weg. Dazu kam, dass die Zimmer sehr klein sind. ich wusste kaum wohin mit dem Koffer und den Kleidern. Dazu lommt, dass es zum Badezimmer hin oben eine Glaswand hat. Geht jemand in der Nacht auf di Toilette und zündet das Licht an, ist das ganze Zimmer taghell. Auch der Weg zum Hotel war mühsam zu finden! Preis-Leistung sind inakeptabel!
