Where are the chairs?
Pros:

Before I start complaining, I will note that the hotel itself is beautiful and the front desk staff are amazingly patient and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower has great pressure and delicious shampoo/body wash. I am so confused, however, about why there is only one chair on the room's balcony and only one chair in the room itself. We had a two queen room, which implies that more than one person is staying in it. Can the Omni not afford 2 chairs? Will the extra weight bring the balcony crashing down?
Another thing that was preposterous was the fact that there's no self parking. In Atlanta, land of parking lots and garages. I left my phone in my car at one point and couldn't get it back because I didn't have the valet ticket. I gave him my plate number and the valet guy said nope I had to get the ticket from my husband who was having dinner with friends. Turns out they never gave us a ticket--they left it in the car. If I had been allowed to enter my own car (which I could see from the valet stand) we all would have avoided stress.
The shampoo really did smell good, though.
