Lovely hotel welcoming staff great location
Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent, lovely room nice to have a fan for the hot night. Only small issue was the shower being in the bath so not the best. But overall really good stay would visit again

Nice hotel, perfect location with friendly staff
Pros:

The location on the picturesque embankment of Bedford. Ideal for town centre venues and at a good price. The terrace is a delight. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was very warm, would benefit from air con. Due to the heat we didn’t sleep great. Although there was a fan provided.
A blind at the bathroom window would also be of benefit as felt a little exposed. Would also help to keep the room cooler
The downstairs reception area paintwork looked very grubby

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio, el problema es que no tiene ascensor, tuvimos que subir las maletas por las escaleras con 35 grados porque no hay aire acondicionado en ningún sitio. La habitación era un horno, impossibile abrir las ventanas porque están bloqueadas, lo pasamos fatal por culpa de el calor extremo. El resto todo bien, habitación amplia y en el restaurante se come muy bien.

Pros:

Maybe position on the canal.

Cons:

Dirty very dusty and impossible hot for May. It was a fun in the room but not working.

Fabulous venue with very friendly and welcoming staff and good food.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from the town centre. Beautiful view across the river. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed with beautiful bath and shower. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. All together, a brilliant stay!

Great river-side location, warm welcome, lovely terrace, quality room and bathroom, nice breakfast!
Pros:

A repeat visit... warm, helpful welcome. We were early but a coffee on the terrace was all it needed before the room was ready! Smart double, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Very good beverage facilities with plenty of choice, including a small bottle of fresh milk - unusual to see, but most welcome!
Wide choice of interesting breakfast options, again friendly helpful staff (consistently so). Nice atmosphere, the river-facing terrace is lovely and a great place to meet, entertain or chill!

Cons:

Nothing, we'd happily use again and recommend to others!
