Ceci n'est pas un hotel mais une auberge de jeunesse de mauvaise qualité

J'ai appelé le lendemain de ma réservation pour demander à la modifier, le personnel est resté inflexible et je n'ai pas pu modifier ma réservation. Des frais supplémentaires m'ont été demandé pour avoir un animal de compagnie. Et, il faut demander à l'accueil pour que le ménage soit fait dans sa chambre. Et même lorsqu'on demande, ça n'est pas fait. Le lit double sont en fait deux lits simples accolés qui se séparent et s'écartent lorsqu'on dort dedans. Les couloirs sont bruyants : des étudiants courent et font la fête.
