Walkable to the train station

Cons:

The reception man was very rude to me the moment we walked in, he asked for my passport and discussed it with a coworker, gave me the room key and told me to proceed. Then a woman says where are you going we need your passport. I said I gave it to the man at the front and he told me to go ahead, she looked confused and said she needed it, so she scanned it and told me to go ahead. All very confusing. Also, the air conditioner did not work and when we opened the window for relief, bugs came in the room so we had to keep it closed. We stayed there only the first night (of three) and checked out. We as of yet have not received any type of refund for any of our stray and the hotel said we need to contact Booking.com and they will handle it because we booked thru them. We booked another hotel for the next two nights and it was wonderful and the staff was nice to everyone the moment they walked in.

建物は古いけど、丁寧に使っていた。しかし、大浴場の脱衣所の床が濡れていた。前の宿泊者のスリッパの空き袋がおいてあった。

Pros:

La chambre était très bien équipée, très bien aménagée.
Il y a une salle avec beaucoup de mangas et un onsen, il est possible de faire sa lessive ce qui est très pratique.
L’hôtel prête le nécessaire de toilette et des pyjama ce qui est génial.
L’hôtel à 10min à peine de la gare de Matsumoto

Pros:

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a 10 minuti sia dalla stazione, sia dal castello. La mia stanza si trovava nell'annex, che è stato ristrutturato di recente. Tutto sommato la stanza era pulita e non troppo piccola.
Io sono rimasta solo una notte e lo consiglierei per soggiorni brevi.
Mi hanno tenuto i bagagli dopo il check out, ma non ho provato né l'onsen né la colazione.

Cons:

Si vede che la struttura è piuttosto vecchia e che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione più intensiva.
C'è un solo ascensore per salire ai piani, che diventa veramente affollato nei periodi di maggior transito. Quando scendevo dall'ascensore, in corridoio si sentiva molto odore di fumo. In camera non si sentiva nulla, ma tenetelo presente se vi dà molto fastidio.

Matsumoto fantastica
Pros:

La mia stanza era piccolina, come da standard giapponesi, ma era pulita e confortevole. Ottimo il letto. L'hotel nel complesso mi è sembrato molto accogliente, bello e piacevole il bagno comune, facilities a disposizione e una sala comune veramente bella con offerta di bevande e snack il pomeriggio e rinfresco la sera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, nessun problema per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. La posizione è eccellente. Ho adorato Matsumoto e la permanenza qui è stata impeccabile. Raporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Pros:

夜食まで提供いただけるなど、サービスが充実していて、くつろげました。
どのスタッフさんも穏やかに対応してくださって、ひとり旅でしたが、不安なく過ごせました。

Cons:

松本駅から少し歩くので、悪天候だったり大荷物だったりした時はタクシーを利用した方が良いかも、と思いました。
