Pros:

The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were good.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not that helpful. When asked if there was anywhere to eat in walking distance they didn’t have an answer (nice restaurant and fast food one block away) and they told us the bridge to downtown was closed. It wasn’t. The hotel is catagorized as downtown and it isn’t, particularly when the staff tell you the nearby bridge to downtown is closed.

Wonderful stay, lovely hotel, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent!
Pros:

Excellent staff response to inquiries. Very comfortable beds, including the sofa bed.

They were out of things in their shop.

Pros:

The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Check in is quick. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was very full but they were sold out and we still found a spot. The breakfast is good for everyone. I have many food restrictions and I can always find something to eat. They always take our special requests seriously. 6th time staying at this hotel.

Cons:

There was a small piece of debris on the floor when we arrived. No big deal but it always makes you wonder how well the room is vacuumed. OTherwise the room was spotless.

Breakfast. It is awful. Everything is overloaded with sugar and/or overprocessed, overboiled eggs. Coffee was disgusting. Besides fruits, the rest was inedible. Unfortunately, the other guest did not seem to be bothered.
