Centrally located - great views, comfortable, large rooms

Every single thing. The curated details. The mini bar, the chocolates, the tote bag for pool use, the rambutans as welcome fruit platter. The to die for views. The byredo toiletries are amazing, I smell divine after a shower. Sound proofing is good, the staff were service oriented and proactive. The housekeeping ladies were very helpful and generous. The 1st floor lobby staff were very quick to address anyone who needs help. The 2 staff opening doors and helping with luggages were very friendly and eager to help.

Love the vibrant and refreshing staff uniforms. Breakfast was quaint but everything was done well, laksa is one of the best I had at hotel buffets. Latte was so tasty, we both had to have 2 cups each.

Bathtub was deep and great for a soak. Showers are strong. Location is SUPERB. Train station nearby, tan quee lan food street is nearby. Bugis is a great place to stay with city vibes mixed with heritage. Highly recommend for tourist.

Pillows and firmness of bed is 5stars. Bedroom slippers are really plush. I had the most rested and comfortable birthday staycay ever. Thank you Andaz.

We didn't know anything about this hotel as it was arranged for us, but it really exceeded expectations on all points; comfort, cleanliness, service, food and amenities.

There are a few individuals worth mentioning from during our stay..
RaFani who works in the restaurant, the filo lady with blonde hair who works in the bar and refreshments area (didn't catch her name) and the lady who restocks the mini bar all added to our overall experience by going above and beyond to make our stay special and took the time to interact with our kids, which was nice as there weren't many other kids around.

This is a great hotel. Location is superb to visit the surrounding neighborhoods but it is also a perfect base to explore the rest of the city. In fact, the hotel has a direct access to the Bugis station in the basement where the DT and EWL lines intersect.
The hotel is very clean, the staff is responsive, attentive and very polite. The room was big, quiet, comfortable and with a great view on Kampon Glam. Pool and common areas are also very clean and easy to enjoy.
Overall, we had a great time and would come back here should we visit Singapore again.

It was our first time staying at the Andaz in Singapore and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location us superb and you can reach it easily via MRT station (direct access from the hotel). We had an amazing room, super big with two comfy beds (spotless as well) with Heritage view; this gave us great views over the Arabic quarters and the mosque. It's still really close to Marina Bay and Lau Pa Sat, only a couple of stops on the MRT. Staff was very friendly. The lounge with free water/lemonade, coffee, tea and snacks is great as well - as is the included minibar.
It is more expensive then the hotel we ususally stay in but it's worth it! We will definitely be back.

Andaz is conveniently located within the Bugis Junction vicinity and is connected to the MRT station by an underground walkway. This makes travelling to anywhere in Singapore by public transport so easy and convenient.
Foodies will be pleased to know there are many famous and good eateries along the nearby laneways within walking distances too.
The room we stay in was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and you can have some snack and free drinks in the lobby. Great place to meet friends there.
For the price we paid, it definitely is value for money compare to other similar establishments.

An overall excellent experience, very smart design for the hotel, brand new furnishings and great rooms sizes with an excellent location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, restaurant food was excellent too and had a nice pool overlooking the city and Marina area. I will definitely stay at the Andaz for future trips to Singapore.

Andaz Singapore was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had at any hotel. From the moment I arrived, the lovely man at the front door opened the car door and gave me a warm welcome. This is something I will never forget. The hotel itself is on another level; the rooms and facilities are exceptional. I had breakfast both days, and that was amazing. You can't leave the hotel without viewing the rooftop bar; the views are incredible. The rooms were the best I have ever had. I will be back again soon.

A wonderful stay at Andaz Singapore. Location was great, and so were breakfast, room conditions and amenities, and the great staff, especially Gabie who was always eager to help with all our questions and needs.

Stayed at the ANDAZ SINGAPORE and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, easy access to so many parts of Singapore while still feeling relaxed and upscale. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely friendly and welcoming.

One of the highlights was the multicultural breakfast selection, which offered a great variety of local and international options each morning.

A special thank you to Zul (Zulhaiqal), the hotel experience curator, who made the stay even more memorable. Joining his run around Singapore was a unique and enjoyable way to experience the city, and his enthusiasm and hospitality really stood out.

Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Singapore.

All areas were outstanding, from customer service to the decor of the rooms & suites & the hotel, & cleanliness. Truly value for money, in our opinion.

The location was great, linked by sheltered underpass to the MRT mass rapid transit train networks, 24 hours 7-Eleven minimart, to eateries, coffee places, Bugis Junction shopping mall, etc.
