AC Hotel by Marriott New York Times Square

We loved our stay at the AC/Times Square. The location is great and the staff was beyond helpful. They were so kind, check on us everyday and were friendly. Peter and Raheem were the ones we interacted with most and were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Really good, clean hotel in a great location. Close enough to everything including a stone’s throw from the subway, but far enough from the noisy chaos of Times Square to ensure a good night’s sleep. All of the staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. Spanish tapas bar on the ground floor and rooftop bar are both great places to unwind. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel. We came in from LA to see a few broadway shows. We stayed at the AC Hotel. Location was excellent. It’s only a block or 2 from the shows. Couple blocks from Bryant Park. Room was very clean. Great bar on top for an after drink.

The front staff ZyAir, Peter, Ricardo and Jonathon were great. Helped with directions, recommendations for food and just made us feel welcomed ❤️🙏 so appreciated their helpfulness.

I have stayed here for both business and pleasure. It is definitely my preferred Times Square hotel. Updated, clean, and with great amenities. The staff is always great as well. Shout out to Peter who was very generous with extra waters when we were parched!

AC Hotel Times Sq. Is the perfect location for taking in shows and also access to the subway easily to get uptown and downtown!
Ricardo was specifically helpful and friendly as our Concierge.
It is close enough to Times Sq. But far enough where you are not fighting crowds in the lobby and on the street!

Excellent hotel price ,bed of ur dreams,shower rainfall, spacious warm room beautiful music in all areas. floor u can dance on. a hair drier out .refrig ,safe, iced glasses ,...this place is the real deal....it doesn't get better than here. Enjoy....see for yourself!

I’ve stayed here several times over several years. It’s a great place, reasonably priced, and very clean.

The staff are also super helpful, beyond what I have experienced in a lot of NYC hotels.

The location is away from the chaos of Times Square but still convenient to it. And the subway is just a few steps away.

I normally don'r write many reviews but the experience I had was so satisfying that I thought I must write a review!
Location - excellent. Right in the heart of TImes Square and yet just off the mad hustle.
Atmosphere - fun and right amount of hustle with a happening Boqueria restaurant next to the lobby and the roof top bar.
Rooms - clean, functional and good
Value - great value for money
Service - I was compelled to write this because of the amazing service we received. From the time we got to the hotel, through the check-in, for extra amenities, concierge type of recommendations, addressing any service requests however minor and finally to the check out. For all of this great service, I would especially like to recognize 3 individuals - Pete and Peter at the front desk and Ricardo the bellman. It is an understatement to say that they went out of their way to be helpful - always cheerful with a big smile on their face, greeting you every time you passed by, attentive to any needs that you may have, extremely efficient and knowledgeable to fulfill your service requests, Any thing we ever needed, they not only got it done right away but also went beyond what you were asking for by anticipating your needs. I would honestly say that the level of service we received from these 3 was better than what we have experienced at even a St. Regis or Four Seasons properties! I must say that whatever management has done in recruiting people like this and training them to provide such outstanding service, please keep it up.

Josh and Jasha were amazing! Made the experience worth it. Heading back this weekend for another stay because we had such a great experience!

Peter was a great help at the front desk. I always stay at this location when I go to Broadway. It's always clean and the rooftop restaurant has great drinks.

The AC is in a perfect location. The staff was incredible!!

Came to New York for the first time with my mom and friends and the people in the hotel were kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, bar area, and elevators were well always well maintained. Peter made our check in very smooth, helped with multiple question we had throughout our stay, gave an excellent restaurant suggestion we would not have thought to go to, and was never caught without a smile. Josh was so helpful in securing us a ride back to the airport and had it loaded and ready for us by the time we got downstairs.

First time staying at this Hotel. Checking in process was smooth and easy. Ricardo and Mario were awesome they were upbeat, informative and friendly. The Lobby was great the location of this property was great not far from Times Square, Theater district and 30 ROC. The room was both spacious and clean upon arrival. The shower included a rain head first time experiencing this. The roof top bar was awesome staff were friendly and the food/drinks were great and came out quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely book this property again. This place exceeded our expectations.
