Incredible location and great accessibility to all transportation venues and hubs
Pros:

Great staff and location! Very friendly

Cons:

Minor issues:
- shower head shaking randomly due to unknown reasons
- cleaners come after 4pm in the afternoon. It's really hard to leave for 20 mins after a whole day of walking, when in the morning the cleaning starts literally next door at 10am

Pros:

Location is perfect, and I thought it would be very noisy because of its location. But it is perfect and we have a great sleep during our stay. Highly recommended

Cons:

AC is a bit noisy, I usually turn it off while sleep.

Pros:

The staff at the reception are really caring and enthusiastic and the location is awesome

Cons:

The room facility is not satisfying, a little bit clogged in the toilet, the faucet is moving. BUT the most annoying thing is how the staff cleaned the room, the staff can never see what I really need unless I drop a note. And staff threw away the things I need, I was very disappointed every time I got back room

Pros:

I just arrived, and so far, so good! Great welcome from Jonathan at the front desk after a long travel day. He genuinely made us feel welcome and took the time to explain where everything is, including the breakfast hours.
The location is also very convenient for Midtown.

A nice weekend stay without any frills
Pros:

Booked directly online for a weekend stay. Close proximity to Moynihan Train Hall and there is a subway stop steps from the entrance. Times Square is a couple of blocks away but the hotel offers a quiet respite from the city noise. I opted for mobile check in and key but visited the front desk and the staff I spoke with was very courteous. The room was fairly spacious than typical rooms in the city. Very clean and well stocked. There were bottled waters replenished each day and housekeeping was efficient. We had dinner and drinks at the rooftop terrace which had a great atmosphere but the drinks and bites were pricey. Booking directly the room was approximately $580 per night.
