Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena

The kindness of the staff, letting us in medical situation to recieve an early check-in without extra charges

Good location if you need to be in novena. I felt it was very overpriced for the standard or the hotel. Pool area has lovely view but is shabby and tired. Only 2 very basic loungers. The free drinks with the exec room the quality is appalling for the wine. Snack also strange. Why not offer in the pool bar for a nice setting! Bathroom door of corner room is also not well thought.
All just seemed a bit hard! Even getting milk for the coffee for the Nespresso machine

This hotel is my companies preferred hotel in Singapore and I stay in hotels all over the world, but this hotels fridges are the wirst I've experienced of iver 30 years staying in hotels.

As an engineer, I brought a temp probe along with me and my wine was a horrible 15c onlast visit. The hotel is fine apart from the terrible fridge issue, almost everytime I stay here I complain to frontdesk and they send an engineer but nothing changes. If my company allowed any other hotel in Singapore then I would try them, nothing worse than luke warm drinks from the fridge.

location is perfect to me with walking distance to Mt. Elizabeth Novena hospital.
Room is very clean.
Reception staff was very helpful for me to checkout two days early on 9th July midday and did not charge any penalty..

Location is good and near to little India. The hotel starts from 12th floor and a small lobby and restaurant. Nothing impressive. Staff service is good. Rooms were small. Price was at higher side. Personally I would not like to come again.

Room is clean and decent with good location as there is linkway connecting u to the 2 malls and train station, so travelling around is convenient and will have wide F&B selection. Staff service at the front desk was disappointing as there is no genuine service being provided during check in / check out. One of the staff stationed at Level 1 was friendly and always smiling but I forgot to take a mental note on his name.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena and found it to be a solid, no-frills Marriott property that delivers exactly what it promises.

This is a more basic Marriott hotel, and it’s important to set expectations accordingly. There are no suites available for upgrade, which is absolutely fine for this category. To make up for the lack of an executive lounge, the hotel provided daily credit for snacks and drinks, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

The pool area is small and simple, but perfectly adequate if you’re looking for a quick swim or somewhere to relax briefly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything functioned as expected. The breakfast was a small selection, but good quality and did the job well for a business trip.

A real highlight was the staff, consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is also very well located, making it a convenient base for getting around Singapore.

Overall, this property does a good job of delivering exactly what you’d expect. My rating reflects the value for money and the fact that it executes its offering reliably and comfortably.

The room was cosy, spotlessly clean and carefully designed with flexible and intuitive spaces to enable guests to work and recharge efficiently. The built-in amenities were neither fancy nor extensive, yet capable of having my basic needs essentially covered. There were plenty of standard and USB charging ports throughout the room. Lastly, I have to thank the Front Office and Loyalty teams of this property for their attentive and caring services. Despite that I only stayed for two nights, for every single interaction that I made with the team I could experience their exceptional professionalism in demonstrating the finest standard of hospitality as well as commitment to excellence. Associates like Megan, Nicholas etc. actively assisted me with whatever enquiries I raised pertaining to not just my stay at this property but also the navigation of commuter, dining and shopping options around. I totally enjoyed my time with Courtyard Novena, which I believe is among the best choices of Marriott-branded accommodation in Singapore with the price that I paid for the experience that I had.
