Faptul ca hotelul are parcare subterana este un mare avantaj. Camera curata.dar nu la standardele unui hotel cu atâtea stele.
Sa începem cu camera. Curata dar nu suficient. Urme de degete pe oglinda de langa pat. Am avut camera cu 2 paturi unul dintre ele era un pic ciudat salteaua nu se așeza bine. Geamul defect. Nu se închide bine. Chiar daca eram la etajul 11 izolarea fonica lipsea.. S a refuzat eliberarea facturii pentru companie. Rezervarea s a facut prin Booking, s a platit cu cardul firmei.. o cheltuiala pe care nu o voi putea justifica. nu am avut niciodată probleme la vreun hotel cu eliberarea facturii chiar daca s a achitat prin Booking. Personalul foarte agresiv in momentul in care am cerut factura , mi au spus ca trebuia sa platesc la ei ca preturile sunt diferite. Managerul mi a oferit aceeași explicație. La sfarsit a adăugat că regulile Booking nu sunt valabile in Turcia. Nu voi mai rezerva niciodată la acest hotel.
The overall vibe of the hotel is luxurious but also relaxing. We checked in very late due to delays and the team could not have been more accommodating - especially Zineb who was an absolute star all week!

Rezervarea a fost făcută pe o suma iar la plecare mi au solicitat o suma mai mare justificare ba ca diferența reprezintă taxe ba ca reprezinta un credit pe camera ( cu toate ca aveau de unde,: de exemplu neexiztand minibar)
Le am solicitat factura pentru a vedea fiecăruia cu explicațiile aferente. Mi au spus ca nu îmi pot da factura pe loc dar o trimit pe emai. Mi au trimis factura dupa doua zile dar, culmea, cu suma pe care era făcută rezervarea si nu cu suma plătită asa cum apare în extras si pe bonul de la POS

Aveam preț de 18€ mic dejun pe camera ,a cerut 25€ pe persoana.
Angajați sunt să îi vezi că sunt în rest nu te ajuta la nimic

Las instalaciones y el personal muy amable , especialmente Zineb the Guest Relations
Everything was good. Bit of a language barrier but we managed. I booked this hotel because it has a pool.
The location is not for those who want to explore Istanbul as it is very far from everything. Have to rely on Uber or taxi to be safe.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. They were definitely the highlight of the experience.
The breakfast was not very versatile and the selection felt quite limited. The room itself was okay, but the toilet had visible water marks, which affected the impression of cleanliness. I also noticed that the carpets in the room seemed dusty. Personally, I don’t think carpets are necessary in hotel rooms nowadays, as they tend to trap dust and make the room feel less fresh overall.
