Friendly, quiet, perfect location
Pros:

Staff friendly & helpful. Perfect location for shopping, hotel itself is so quiet & food is fabulous.
I encountered an issue ( through myownfault) & it was sorted immediately and professionally. This hotel is our go to a few times every year and I have no intention of changing to any other.

A lovely nostalgic hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way ,I will return some day

Dinner was very nice - Bar staff were so lovely and friendly - Excellent menu
Breakfast was equally as good with lovely choices

The bed was okay. The bathroom had black in the silicone though
