Desk staff very helpful and the breakfast was lovely and served to 11am which was great.

Due to a concert i paid more than I feel the room was worth but that is not a slight on the hotel

Windows were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Handles on bedroom window broken and carpet could do with replacing

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
It’s was just out of town so perfect for what we wanted after a day of shopping in town , lovely ground floor level rooms perfect for taking my mom , very kind lady had rang me when o made request to be near a lift or on ground level for easy access for my elderly mother, so she gave me a ground floor disabled adapted room and it was so perfect comfortable and so spacious really appreciated the phone call to let us know we had been given a better room than I booked
Everything is perfect , breakfast Buffett could be upgraded that’s about all , little more choice on breads / pastries etc but otherwise perfect
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and sufficient - you could not fault them. Keep up the good work.
Lamp over mirror had no bulb in it. Toilette could not be used as only able to pick up the handle itself, despite trying to screw the rest of the brush onto the handle. No air conditioning. This is supposed to be a 4-stsar hotel.

Hairdryer not working properly but reported it to reception when I was checking out and they will get it looked after
