Everything was perfect: friendly ans attentive staff with very good english, the managers were coming to our table in person to introduce themselves and check how was our stay, the rooms were immaculate and the service was amazing. My husband's birthday was coming up, and we were surprised with a delicious birthday cake as we got in the room the first day only a few 5 minutes after we checked-in! They are super fast with any request. Also,breakfast was superb! The location was ideal too, right in front of the promenade and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus,the view from the restaurant is fantastic,both day and night! We highly recommend it.
Perhaps the umbrellas at the swimming pool could be bigger to coverthe chairs from the sun and protect from the heat.
Room was spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. High quality shower amenities (Crabtree & Evelyn). Delicious & wide variety for breakfast.

All the staff we met spoke English. The staff were professional and helpful. And the location is great, within walking distance of the street with lots of shops like massage, mani and pedicure, Korean eateries, bahn-mi, coffee places. But the traditional markets nearby are too touristy. Comfy.

The food and service was just amazing. The staff was very quite accommodating. I wanted pure vegetarian food and they made it possible with a sweet smile. Special mention to Hung Quynh for his exceptional service.
Special shout out to Quynh Hung Thanh in the executive lounge who took her hostess role very professionally making sure we were taken care of and was very attentive to our needs. We’ve been to many Hilton executive lounges and she stood out to us. She also made a great whiskey black cocktail! Thank you Quynh!
Quynh and Hung and Thanh were excellent staff at Hilton Da Nang. They were professional, warm, and welcoming. We travel extensively in the Hilton portfolio of properties and they compare favorably with the top places including multiple Conrad properties we visited in 2026. Thank you.
