Elhelyezkedés megfelelő. A szolgáltatás az árhoz képest lehetne jobb is.
Pros:

A hotelhez közel volt az Alsóőrsi strand , és számos vendéglátó egység.

Cons:

A szobában furcsa szag volt belépéskor, valószínűleg a klimától. A reggeli kielégítő volt, de a zöldségek tálalása meglepő volt. A szeletelést a vendégeknek kellett elvégezni.

Egy hétvégére érkeztünk a párommal a szobák teljesen rendben voltak kényelmes ágyak a klíma megfelelően működött tiszta igényes volt a szoba. A wellnessbe igényes volt minden tisztaság volt. Több féle szauna lehetőség is volt így mindenki meg találgatta a számára legmegfelelőbb időtöltést.

Noisy and sticky fingers
Cons:

The hotel is located right next to a main road, and the noise from passing cars is unbearable, especially at night. There is no way to turn off the AC and open the balcony door, as the traffic noise makes it virtually impossible to sleep.

On top of that, I accidentally left a rather expensive beard trimmer in my room. I contacted the hotel and asked them to let me know if they found it, as I was willing to come back and collect it personally. Unfortunately, it took them more than 24 hours to respond, only to say that the “housekeeping team” had not found anything. Of course..blame it on housekeeping team! So shady!

It is quite disappointing, as it would have taken just a couple of minutes for a receptionist to check the room. Instead, I was left with the impression that the hotel simply wasn't willing to make the effort to help. This is the first time I've experienced such a lack of assistance from a hotel regarding a lost personal item, and it left a very bad impression of the overall customer care.

Schönes zimmer mit wirrpool Freundliches personal.
Pros:

Am meisten hat mir die Freundlichkeit des personals gefallen. Leider wurde ich am feiertag krank, Aber die freundliche Rezeptionistin Anna Organisierte Sofort eine Erstversorgung mit Medikamenten. Unser Zimmer Lag auf der Gartenseite und war sehr ruhig. Mithilfe des Treppenlifts war es auch meiner Schwer gehbehinderten Frau möglich unser Zimmer Problemlos zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Hotel mit Ruhigem gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

A wellness részleg kellemes, illetve a szállás közel van a strandhoz, ami pozitívum. Az út menti lokáció rendben volt, nem szűrődött be a vonat és a főút zaja. Az ágy kényelmes volt.

Cons:

Nem éreztük az átfogó tisztaságot, se a mosdóban, se a törülközők illatán. A reggeli nem ért fel az elvártaknak, illetve a szúnyogháló nagyon hiányzott az ablakokról. Sajnos minden zaj behallatszott a szobába a folyosóról, illetve éjjel recsegett a parketta, ami többször felébresztett. A zuhany víznyomása gyenge volt.

Pros:

A szállás a központtól pár perces sétára volt. A központban volt a Nyárbúcsúztató Fesztivál illetve a strand, így ezek kényelmesen megközelíthetőek voltak. A reggeli és a vacsora változatos és finom volt, a parkolás ingyenes.
