Au final déçu du rapport qualité - prix
Pros:

parking immense car l'établissement organise des réceptions. Chambre assez grande et bien insonorisée.

Cons:

la literie est épouvantable (le lit couine à chaque mouvement). Le parc est grand mais surtout utilisé pour le parking. Et vu le standing de l'établissement le petit déjeuner est simplement correct.

Ein wunderschöner Ort, um den Tag zu beginnen und nach Ausflügen ausklingen zu lassen.
Pros:

Ein bezaubernder Ort in historischer Villa mit modernem Anbau, der großzügige, komfortable Zimmer mit phantastischem Blick in die Landschaft bietet. Eine große Terrasse mit Sitzplätzen unter Bäumen und aufmerksamer Bedienung lädt mittags wie abends ein, innezuhalten und die schöne Anlage zu genießen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung am Pool mit mehr Sonnenschirmen und einigen Auflagen für die Liegen wäre prima gewesen.

I planned my motorcycle trip to allow a two night stop at a hotel with a swimming pool, which this hotel advertised. When I arrived they informed me with an uncaring shrug of the shoulders that the pool was closed. I couldn’t check this on their website as it’s down. Ok, I’m annoyed, but I’ll have a drink in the bar. No I won’t. No bar and if I want a drink (I only wanted a coke), I’d have to wait until 7.30pm when the restaurant opens. I was unimpressed with this hotel and its staff.

Historic building with swimming pool, outdoor seating area, large grounds and gardens. Plenty of car parking. Large bedrooms with very comfortable bedding. Little seating area too. Restaurant was very good - had dinner there on all three nights of our stay. Breakfast good. Good quiet location just outside Villa Real.

Ótimo atendimento.
Pros:

Excelente atendimento, funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos...fomos para participar da Meia maratona do Douro Vinhateiro, deixaram nós e os outros hóspedes (atletas) acessar o restaurante mais cedo, para o pequeno almoço, a seguir a corrida, pudemos ir tomar banho, finalizando o check-out um pouco mais tarde...foi o nosso terceiro ano consecutivo hospedados nesse hotel e para o ano.
