amplasarea, marimea camerei, faptul ca are parcare privata si ca este liniste

Cons:

curatenia in baie, toaleta prezenta urme de murdarie pe capac , nu fusese pus un nousul de hartie igientica ci era doar cotorul de la vechiul sul in suport si hartie igienica aditionala langa, pedala de la cosul din baie nu functiona, trebuia sa il ridici cu mana ceea ce nu este igienic. Prosoapele erau patate.

Good value if you stay in the area
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet and good value for money. I liked the fresh Mercure-style decor in the room. The parking is very convenient and there is an option to take the elevator from the parking level bypassing the stairs to the lobby. In the room there was a welcoming fruit plate.

Cons:

The reception staff was not very friendly, a receptionist actually told me there was no elevator from the parking level, then I found it myself. Seems like something the receptionist should be aware of. The shower in the room was basic and strangely constructed, it kind of hovered over the floor. To reach the pool you have to go outside the hotel building and climb some stairs.

Sehr angenehmer und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal im Hotel und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind auch sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist beim Frühstück, aber das ist individuelle Ansichtssache. Ich hätte mir beim Müsli eine bessere Auswahl gewünscht, z.B. Haferflocken, oder Crunchmischung (es gab nur Smacks, Schokoballs und Cornflake) und ein paar Kerne mehr als Chiasamen. Beim Kaffee haben leider die Zubereitungen mit Milch gefehlt.

Cons:

Am încercat să comandăm mâncare de la restaurantul hotelului seara, în jurul orei 21:30 — ora limită afișată pentru comenzi. Din păcate din cauza aglomerației timpul de livrare era de aproximativ 90 de minute.
Călătoream cu doi copii mici sub 8 ani, așa că o așteptare atât de lungă, la ora aceea, nu era o opțiune realistă pentru noi, fiind nevoiți să mâncăm în oraș.
