Comfortable and Cozy.
Pros:

It’s river front and conveniently near downtown Wilmington, so all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The pool was not clean to swim in.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and it was a much better experience than this last time

The breakfast was good

Cons:

We were given a room with a view of a parking lot, the door was difficult to open and close it kept getting jammed, we would charge for parking in the parking garage when that was the only option to park. The TV in the room had issues with the color and kept going dark.

Pros:

Great location, amazing staffed who upgraded us for free and gave us a room with a river view. Very spacious rooms with a living room completely separate from the bedroom. The price also includes two complimentary cocktails and the breakfast is great. And obviously great location downtown

There was not an explanation of the daily parking fee of $29. I didn't know anything about that fee until I checked out. An extra unexpected expense of $58.00. That information should definitely be in the details of the booking and explained clearly upon check-in.

Pros:

It was a large and open hotel with a lovely modern design and very clean.

The room was fabulous! The hotel room was modern and clean and very well designed for a family stay with plenty of storage and a little kitchen area.

The laundry room was also excellent value for money and very clean.

The drinks reception was a lovely touch.
