The hotel is in great location with good breakfast. Be aware of strangers accessing the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Less Safe: They have rooftop bar that is open to public. If people come from the parking, they pass through the hotel pool and gym, it was a bit uncomfortable to share the traffic with the strangers especially if you have small kids. And it's getting worse that the eleveator to the bar is on the same place with the elevator to the room. These strangers can easily go the room floors without even being noticed.

Another thing I didn't like is the parking. They charge about $30 a day for self parking to the garage owned by the city. The city charges $15 a day if you decide to buy a ticket instead of using hotel card. I find it unnecessary ripping off customers.

Very nice place. Centrally located to walk the river walk and eat and shop. Great views

Cons:

Pillows were horrible and it made it very hard to sleep. They were too small and none satisfied me. The parking garage was not horrible but there’s no signage. Load in and out was hard
