Sehr gutes gehobenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, einer herrlichen Sommerterrasse und Restaurant
Pros:

Ein klasse Hotel, oben auf einem kleinen Berg, über der Stadt. Das Hotel befindet sich in dem alten Schloss und beherbergt zudem noch ein super Restaurant. Man hat auf der Sonnenterrasse einen herrlichen Blick über die Elbe, Stadt und Burg Schreckenstein. Mit einer Seilbahn, für wenig Geld, gelangt man vom Hotel in die Altstadt. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und die Betten waren fantastisch. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wir haben es auf der Sonnenterrasse eingenommen. Wir kommen immer gerne hierhin.

Ezen felül minden tökéletes volt.
Pros:

Csodálatos környezetben, kényelmes kastélyszálló, szuper étterem, pocsék recepcióssal.

Cons:

A recepció munkája. A kolléganő arra nem volt képes hogy felhívja az éttermet tudunk-e ott vacsorázni amikor 9.00 utazás után megérkeztünk a 86 éves édesanyámmal és a 83 éves anyósommal. Azt javasolta menjünk le a városba mert szerinte tele van az étterem. Magam jártam utána természetesen gond nélkül kaptunk asztalt és nem mi voltunk az egyedüli vendégek akiket gyorsan és kedvesen kiszolgáltak.

Super Ausblick über die Stadt

Cons:

Es wurde während unseres Aufenthalts weder das Bad noch der Balkon wirklich gereinigt. Das ist für ein 4 Sterne Haus ein absolutes NoGo. Aber was mich wirklich schockiert hat, war das während unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal der Aschenbechee auf dem Balkon entleert bzw. gereinigt wurde. Aber wenn man denn Balkon eh nicht reinig, kann man auch den stinkenden Aschenbecher ignorieren.

vooral het onthaal. De grote kamers en badkamer. De netheid van de kamers. Een vrouwelijke restaurantmedewerkster heeft tenminste gezorgd dat we 's avonds bij aankomst konden eten aan het onthaal na een lange rit.

Cons:

de jonge mannelijke restaurantmedewerker die geen oplossing gaf en zelfs geen moeite deed om ons te helpen. Kwam heel negatief over naar de gasten toe. Niet tolereerbaar in zo'n hotel. We waren er vorig jaar ook te gast met 8 personen. We waren verbouwereerd.
Heel veel vliegen in het restaurant, niet hygiënisch. en zeker niet aangenaam.

Pros:

Uns hat das vielfältige Frühstück gefallen. Für jeden war was dabei.
Wir hatten Massagen bei Julieta gebucht. Sie ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein und hatten uns wohlgefühlt.
Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes und außergewöhnliche Speisen an.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon in Richtung Gondel. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist sehenswert, besonders für Eisenbahnfreunde.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war auf dem Balkon noch ein voller Aschenbecher auf dem Balkontisch, wir sind Nichtraucher. Das haben wir vom Personal entfernen lassen.
