The best hotel in Islamabad!
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay at the Serena. So decadant, great customer service and comfort on another scale. The pillows were gorgeous. Special mention for my driver who dropped me to the airport in style and fended crowds for a trolley for me.

Cons:

Could have had some information on facilities at reception. Staff didnt explain breakfast times and facilities.

Great value for.money
Pros:

Spacious rooms well decorated, with all the necessary amenities. Spacious and powerful shower, good breakfast menu. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the hotel.servoces.like.thensauna and the pool.but they looked great

Cons:

Dress code for men for breakfast (only pens, no city shorts).
Not allowance of professional photo shooting for hotel guests special occasions
