Great Location
Classic Feels
İf you wanna stay indoors and enjoy a resort/hotel feel, this is the place
The hotel is huge so theres plenty of walking around to do... you won't be bored
The staff is courteous...

Cons:

Maybe the rooms need a bit of an upgrade... İ am not saying the rooms are not good,
Just that... they are very old school... And while some people prefer that, some don't...

Property was impeccable stayed quite a while staff were amazing especially Sajid at reception was always very professional the place is the best in Pakistan I’ve been to the so called best in Islamabad Serena is number one

Was not pleasant stay at all

Cons:

First my booking got cancelled second time we booked it took time to give us a room Bcz booking was not confirmed we got our room and somehow the ac was not working it’s a 200$ hotel I don’t expect them to have their ac not working we called the engineer 4 times still the ac didnot work the staff was very unprofessional and somehow we asked them to change our rooms but still it’s a huge disrespect that the ac is not working
