Great location.
The reception staff was not trained and there is no Welcome drinks , during my stay I called many times to the Reception but no one answered my phone. And every time I hung up with disappointment. On the 2nd day , I had various meetings, and they didn't allowed my Driver to come up from car park.. it was very frustrating.. I have to wait for 20 minutes, then I showed my anger and then they allowed my car to up to pick me.
The is staff never smile , very rude , in particular at the reception; and their bouncers at the entry gates.. they are just looking for tips ,, rather then providing good service. I booked executive room with lounge access, the food quality and choice in the executive lounge is very limited. Don't book Executive suites , its not worth for the money you pay.
Serena is truly the best hotel in Pakistan. It feels just like home to me. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, the environment is peaceful and beautiful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As always, this time too, my experience at Serena has been exceptional and unforgettable.proud to be member of best hotel♥️
The staff from reception to IRSHAD the bell boy, to hospitality staff Asif, Sadaqat, zaheer and Naveed were WORLD CLASS!

Expensive hotel with old facility and terrible service, staff in the hotel are fools and give you a lot of trouble and rules, restrict you and manage you, you stay there like as in a jail, they serve me chicken Cesar salad only some pcs of lettuce without chicken and charge me 5000pkr, and the stupid gym keeper force his guest to restack the dumbbar after use, and use his rule to impose on guests.
For a 5 star hotel, its not up to date. The rooms are worn out!
Though there is not anything better in Islamabad.
The bathroom and carpets in the rooms need to be updated!
