Excellent stay at Islamabad Serena Hotel
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast, it was excellent with a lot of variety. The location is perfect and peaceful. The staff was very professional and courteous and the room was clean and luxurious.

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect.no complaints at all

Outstanding hotel in Islamabad
Pros:

Excellent service throughout the hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Just loved the swimming pool on the third floor. Loved the food and music in the Pakistani restaurant in the lobby. This is without doubt the best hotel in Pakistan.

Cons:

Check in could be a little quicker.

It was good but value for money was not good
Pros:

The property was clean and the room was nice

Cons:

We were a couple and in the room was only 1 toothbrush
Their customer service or room service never pick up the call, with the amount i paid these are basic things I would assume they would do. Moreover we had to wait15-20 minutes for checkin bcz one of the staff put the dates wrong
