It hasto be a five star hotel. The service is over expected. In the day we arrived too early they welcomed us in very warm way by offering us to have breakfast.
I want to thank specially the girl taking care of breakfast and tell her that she is a superwoman. Everything she make is fresh for everyone. Fresh orange juice. Instantly omelet, very delicious sweets and homemade cakes. Best breakfast I ate ever. She is very kind, helpful and always a smile on her face.
All the staff has a very nice service always with a very nice energy that you can feel is.
The housekeeping girl is also perfect, our room was 100% clean at the of the day when come back , that made us feel confortable after a long day in the beach.

The property’s location was excellent . It is good value for money however it could be improved . The hotel does not have laundry facilities which is a major draw back. If you visited beaches a few times you need clothes to be washed and cleaned e had to run to a laundry.

Hotel w samym centrum miasta co było dodatkowym plusem, ponieważ wszędzie było bardzo blisko. 2 min od hotelu znajdował się dworzec autobusowy, co umożliwiało swobodne podróżowanie do innych rejonów turystycznych. Hotel bardzo, bardzo czysty, uprzejmi pracownicy, Pani Olga fantastyczna i bardzo miła Pani, która pomogła we wszystkim!! Zdecydowanie wyjątkowe miejsce na odpoczynek, atmosfera niemalże jak w domu, wesoło i komfortowo. Gorąco polecam Central City Hotel!!! Jeżeli jeszcze raz pojadę do Chanii na pewno zatrzymam się właśnie w tym hotelu.

Our stay at City Central Hotel in Chania was absolutely wonderful, and it exceeded all of our expectations.

From the very first day, the entire staff made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The administrators were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you goes to Olga, who is without a doubt the best hotel administrator we have ever met.

I was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our stay, and Olga went above and beyond to help make this moment unforgettable. She helped me organize and prepare everything, provided excellent suggestions, and even created a detailed list of places we should visit around Chania. Every recommendation turned out to be fantastic and helped us discover the beauty of Crete. Whenever I asked for assistance, it was provided immediately and with genuine enthusiasm. She even lent us a beach umbrella, which was incredibly thoughtful and useful during our trips.

Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast. Mrs. Stella was always cheerful, communicative, and welcoming. Every morning started with her positive energy and warm smile. Her pancakes were simply outstanding—the best pancakes we have ever had!

What touched us the most was the incredible effort the staff made to celebrate our engagement. They prepared thoughtful gifts and surprises for us, making this special occasion even more memorable. These personal touches showed how much they truly care about their guests.

The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness created an experience we will never forget. We left City Central Hotel with beautiful memories and very positive feelings. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania and would gladly return in the future.

Hotel is located in a busy street, close to the bus station, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the old port. Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was more home-made style and very tasty.

Hyvä sijainti, kaunis aamupalaterassi.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, was in a great location near the old town.
