Pros:

Colazione molto buona. Staff molto gentile, Olga ci ha accolti e dato consigli utili.

Cons:

Non c’è parcheggio, sarebbe utile ci fosse un parcheggio almeno convenzionato con l’hotel. La camera senza balcone, sarebbe meglio avere il balcone soprattutto in estate.

Pros:

abbiamo alloggiato dal 6 al 13 agosto, la posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro di chania e a due passi da mini/supermarket, nonchè dalla zona pedonale. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile, le camere sono molto pulite. Hotel perfetto per chi vuole stare in centro. Aggiungo che c'è un parcheggio completamente gratuito a 1 minuto a piedi dall'hotel per chi ha intenzione di noleggiare un auto. Il parcheggio si trova di fronte al supermarket più vicino all'hotel

Perfect Holiday 🥰
Pros:

Very nice and modern Hotel with a perfect location! I never met such a kind and good staff! From the first moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and welcomed! Olga is so lovely, kind and very helpful, our son get sick during our stay there and she took such a great care for everything. Lady Stella in the kitchen she is like an angel, cleaning lady also, the other girl at the reception also... Very clean every single day and everywhere in the Hotel! We will come back for sure and we recommend to everyone!
