遊びのための前泊なので、十分な感じでした。
Pros:

千葉駅からは20分ほどですが、周囲のホテルと比較して宿泊料金が安い。
周囲に飲食店も有ります。

Cons:

少し古い感じと、室内のテーブルが小さい。
それでも、料金を考えると、こんなものかと。

駅から少し離れていますが、泊まる分には充分だと思います。

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。

ベッドサイドにコンセントが見当たらなかったこと、お風呂の蛇口から水が漏れていて床が濡れてしまったこと

泊まるだけならば十分に満足です。
Pros:

車で伺い一人で宿泊。
wi-fiは特に問題なく使用できました。
部屋は清潔感はありますが、老朽化は否めません。また、廊下の音が丸聞こえです。
しかしながら、千葉市内で今時これだけ格安で宿泊でき、駐車場も格安で使用できるので、とてもリーズナブルだと思います。
ホテル周辺のお店について飲食は店がたくさん困りませんが、コンビニは徒歩だと遠いところにあるので、必要な物があれば事前に購入して持ち込んだほうがよいと思います。
