可もなく不可もなく。ただ泊まるという目的のみを達成する所である。

比較的安く、また駅からの距離も近いという点です。

Cons:

全体的に古く、アメニティが充実していないように感じた。また、シャワーの温度調整に時間を要したことが気になった。

Pros:

三連休の最初の日の値段で1番安かった。
モノレールの駅が1番近いが、京成の千葉中央までは全然歩ける距離にあり利便性は良い。

Cons:

浴室のシャワーが湯と水を両方調節しないといけないタイプ。廊下や施設全体の雰囲気に若干の古さを感じる。

贅沢せず、静かに過ごせて夜もゆったり休めればそれで十分。

古さは否めないが、一泊を過ごすのに不自由はなく低価格に抑えられた宿泊料。喧騒なく安眠保てる。
