割に合う宿泊
Pros:

三連休の最初の日の値段で1番安かった。
モノレールの駅が1番近いが、京成の千葉中央までは全然歩ける距離にあり利便性は良い。

Cons:

浴室のシャワーが湯と水を両方調節しないといけないタイプ。廊下や施設全体の雰囲気に若干の古さを感じる。

贅沢せず、静かに過ごせて夜もゆったり休めればそれで十分。
Pros:

古さは否めないが、一泊を過ごすのに不自由はなく低価格に抑えられた宿泊料。喧騒なく安眠保てる。

Cons:

部屋の窓から空が見えなかった。夏で朝が早くても暗かった。

遊びのための前泊なので、十分な感じでした。
Pros:

千葉駅からは20分ほどですが、周囲のホテルと比較して宿泊料金が安い。
周囲に飲食店も有ります。

Cons:

少し古い感じと、室内のテーブルが小さい。
それでも、料金を考えると、こんなものかと。

駅から少し離れていますが、泊まる分には充分だと思います。

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。

Cons:

ベッドサイドにコンセントが見当たらなかったこと、お風呂の蛇口から水が漏れていて床が濡れてしまったこと
