Pros:

1. 步行距離已可以到市中心大部份熱門商場。
2. 周邊有很多LUUP共享單車點。
3. 鄰近機場巴士上落客站。

Cons:

1. 整潔程度非常一般。例子：在大浴場洗澡後，在換衫處忽然跌下兩大堆塵，抬頭一望，就看見抽氣機位置超骯髒，有多嘔心⋯
2. 員工服務態度有待改善。到過日本多次，日本以禮貌聞名，一直從來沒有遇過不禮貌對待的情況。我這次住了三晚，遇過的男員工和外藉員工都非常有禮，努力解答問題；反之，有兩位女員工，態度頗為不友善。

It was good except...
Pros:

I liked the location. 300 meters from Fukushima Station which has a direct train to/from Kansai Airport. I also liked the amenities like showers, sauna, free toiletries, luggage storeroom, extra pillows and linen. I would like to come back but will think about it because of what I didn't like about this place.

Cons:

1. No refrigerator for those who would like to stash their own food especially tourists who stay for days or weeks.
2. You have to pay for luggage storage AFTER checkout. This is weird. I have visited Japan many times and the places I stayed in never charged me once for luggage storage after check out especially in hotels in Tokyo and Shin-Imamiya in Osaka.
3. I know I should let this slide but some staff should NOT be at the reception counter especially those who hardly smile, hardly spoke little English and have no basic knowledge of tourism service. I asked one guy on Sept 7 in the evening about breakfast service via Google Translate. Then I asked politely for his name and he asked back Why? looking upset. I told him it's because he works there and I am a guest. It took him minutes to give me his name which is ??? (assuming he gave me the real one). He was rude really. I also asked a girl at the reception if they had a refrigerator. She said yes and then asked for my room number. Then she clacked her keyboards for minutes like she was typing a thesis then went at the back then came back and told me there was NO refrigerator. That was crazy!

(Almost) always a great place to stay.
Pros:

I love this place cause of the convenience. It's decently close to Osaka station and you have the a few other lines within close walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room amenities are adequate enough for what you get.

Cons:

Check-in at 5pm and check-out at 10am is a bit crazy IMO. Additionally, the change where they won't hold your luggage unless you pay a fee (800 yen if I'm not mistaken) for the day is very disheartening. Offering to hold the luggage till 12pm when the check-out is 10am is just telling me you don't want to hold my luggage without telling me you don't want to hold my luggage.

I can live with the check-in and check-out times. The luggage thing I wouldn't be as upset about if the fees weren't the same or higher as a lockers nearer to the station.

過ごしやすかった
Pros:

女性棟の入り口のみ鍵が必要で浴室やWC利用で退室するときにも不要だったのは有り難かった
