Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Very spacious, wonderful staff, excellent access to Amtrak.

Cons:

Nothing really. The first floor units don't get much daylight, but it didn't bother me as much as I expected because the room was so spacious and well lit.

Lovely place to stay in Hudson.
Pros:

Really close to Amtrak railway station and easy walk to Warren Street.
Breakfast was nice.
Free coffee.
Spacious rooms.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Gave us a map when we arrived and explained where everything is.
I recommend Savona’s for dinner a short walk away.

Pros:

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Cons:

Room felt more like an air-raid shelter. It was located in basement with indirect window and hardly any natural daylight.

Location great- be careful selecting a room!
Pros:

Location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants, galleries and the river park. Fun bar and bartender!

Cons:

We returned this summer after enjoying our stay last year. Sadly, the restaurant wasn’t open. Last year we had a beautiful room on the second floor and this year we were given a room in the basement. Heads up- don’t accept room numbers 102, 104 or 106 unless you like a damp room with the noise of the bar (yes, that was open- and wonderful) above your head. It was also sad to hear that they are renovating and some of the lovely touches that remain of the old candle making factory will be eliminated. The charm that we remember from last year is slowly becoming just another Marriott. All that being said, the staff were lovely and helpful.

Lovely design; Lack of professional friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely, modern design. Good coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Staff at check in felt like they were being "put out" by answering questions or helping us. Almost disinterested rather than being professional and friendly. Also, we were placed in a room in the basement that had absolutely no natural light. It felt like we were in the cellar. And the mattress on the bed was WAYYYYY SOFT.

The Wick is in a great location and offers comfortable, clean accommodations.
Pros:

Great location! Walkable area, clean room and space, friendly staff, easy check in.

Cons:

A little bit of train noise and footsteps above us, but not too bad. A little pricey for a hotel that does not offer free breakfast.

Pros:

the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Check in was half an hour late and we were upgraded to a suite. The room was comfortable but the whole first floor smells of mildew and mustiness. Our room was extremely musty and the AC unit blew directly on to the pillows of the bed. For the $500 a night price I would not stay there again.
