Had a great stay at the Noelle. Brady from Valet was excellent. Will be returning.
Enjoyed our stay! Shanitra at the front desk made sure we were taken care of and kept us laughing coming and going!
Noelle absolutely nails it — stylish, comfortable and brilliantly located, but the rooftop bar is what really sets it apart. Huge shoutout to Dylan who was effortlessly funny, attentive and one of the best hospitality people we met in Nashville.
We’ll be back!
Nice rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful. Great way to visit Nashville
Great location near Broadway big rooms and best service from Avery!
Terrific location, very walkable. Friendly and attentive staff. Historic, charming. Rooftop bar is chill and set up well for groups and conversations.
Hotel is getting worn and small details not cared for, e.g., some outlets in room didn’t work, buttons for lights etc had labels worn off so took experimenting to figure out which was which, steamer didn’t work. Gym similarly worn, though there was a Peloton. Our room was on the third floor, which was quite loud at night. Recommend asking for higher floor. We had a “studio king” room, which was fine but didn’t seem larger than a regular hotel room. Would stay somewhere else on return trip as value/expectations for cost were misaligned with experience.
This is a beautiful place to stay in Nashville. I enjoyed really all the art deco details in the lobby and the staff gave us the feeling that we're welcomed from the moment we checked in. We only stayed one night so we missed the restaurant and speakeasy but I'd stay here again if in Nashville.
Great vibe, bed, location and bar.
Rooms were clean and modern. Common areas were the same and very stylish. Free coffee station at every floor was a nice touch. A range of bars / cafes to choose from.
Nothing. No complaints.
I tend to rate my hotel by room size and amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in both of these areas. For a hotel of this price, the fitness center was very-SUB par, plus the fitness room was the size of one of the small studio rooms (it appeared to have been converted from one of these tiny rooms). There was only (1) VERY OLD Peloton bike, not (2), as portrayed in the hotel photo gallery, only (1) elliptical, and (2) treadmills.
My room itself was super tiny, the bed was too firm, and sheets very noisy and stiff.
As long as a room has a fridge, I'm usually happy because I grocery shop instead of eating out or expensive room service. The fridge was okay for me, but if you have a large group and also alcohol bottles needing cooling, this fridge is VERY tiny. Think the size of a small drawer.
The room a/c, though, worked great! Nice cooling and heating. Our room was serviced daily and housekeeping even let me stay in the room during the 10 minute service.
The hallway coffee/water bar was a nice change and good use of space since there is no room for a coffee maker in the room. I loved the water dispensing options (still, cold, hot, sparkling and partially sparkling) along with the industrial sized Nespresso machine with (2) serving stations.
So, although not terrible, I do not think I would stay here again as it did not meet my personal expectations for a hotel of this price. Other people might like it, though, as it was very clean and the WIFI and a/c work fantastic.
Great location. Staff polite & friendly. Loved hidden bar.
Breakfast choice poor. Breakfast in main restaurant was dreadful. Coffee shop being renovated so options even less. Ate our food elsewhere in the end.
Great location a few blocks off Broadway. Easy to get to walk to everything.
Our room didn't have a closet so we had to ask for a coat rack which crowded the room. Housekeeping came after 4pm one day when we had just returned after being out the entire day. We needed to shower and get ready for an event so had to tell her she couldn't do the room. I think the room should have been able to be cleaned before 4pm. On another day we returned back at 5:45pm and it hadn't been cleaned. Front desk said they would send someone right up but we asked for them to come at 7 because we would be leaving the room then for dinner. They came up 10 min later when I was in the shower so asked them again to come back at 7pm. We were out of our room by 6:50 and when we came back at 9:30 it had not been cleaned, At 10 pm when we were asleep they knocked on the door. I told the people at the front desk and they just said they were sorry that happened. Offered nothing for the inconvenience. They could have at least offered to pay one night of parking.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Nashville.
I selected your hotel from my Amex app. I have to say, I was NOT disappointed and just loved our stay.
The location was perfect for day/night walks to everything . From the moment we arrived at your hotel everything was perfect. Check in was easy, staff very attentive, room service delicious and timely and rooms very comfortable. This was my husbands first time in Nashville and he loves music!! We had drinks at the rooftop our first night and even though there was a big group, we were greeted and served right away.
I am not sure if you have staff meetings or can blast this out to your staff. Please thank them all for making this couples trip from California amazing. We will be back soon.
It’s not easy running a big operation like a hotel, keep up the great job you are doing as a management team!
Maddie and Emily had exceptional service and great drinks. Thank you guys for the experience
Location mostly, art deco interior, rooftop bar
For what was actually offered, the price, amenities and service do not support it. Rooms very small too.
We stayed at Noelle for my husband's 30th birthday. Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The staff was just as great. The manager, Odival, helped curate some surprises for my husband for his birthday which was awesome. Our only very modest negative was you can hear live music from the venues below the hotel. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if you're a light, sensitive sleeper, request a room on a higher floor.
