Shout out to Dakota Judd for great service. Would recommend him at any time.

I would like to give a shout out to Dakota Judd. He made our check-in experience super easy by streamlining our valet service and escorting us to the check-in counter. After a long day of travel, Dakota Judd made us feel right at home. He also gave us some great ideas to check out in Nashville. It was a perfect way to start our vacation. Being approached with such kindness and a local who wants tourism to continue in his town. Thank you Dakota Judd!

We were extremely disappointed with the 4th of July Rooftop Experience at the Noelle in Nashville, especially given the premium admission price ($1499.25 for 3 tickets).

The event was advertised as a special holiday experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of what was promised. Many of the advertised amenities were either unavailable, poorly managed, or significantly less than expected. We paid a substantial amount, expecting a well-executed event, and left feeling that we did not receive the value that was advertised.

For a luxury hotel with Noelle's reputation, I expected much better planning, communication, and execution. Instead, the overall experience felt disorganized and disappointing. The lack of attention to delivering what guests had paid for made the evening feel like a poor value.

The rooftop itself is a nice venue with incredible views, which makes the experience even more disappointing, given how much potential it had. With better organization and a commitment to delivering on the advertised offerings, this could have been an outstanding event.

I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and ensures that future special events accurately reflect what is being advertised. Guests who pay premium prices deserve to receive the experience they were promised. However, given my interaction so far with the Event Manager I don't think they will.

I’ve never written a negative review before but buyer beware. This hotel uses a 3rd party to make reservations. The representative on the phone talled us into an upgraded room by promising access to see fireworks from the roof but upon checking we found that wasn’t true. In addition the communication at the hotel was poor. The “package” we bought wasn’t explained until day 2. It took several days to hear back from the manager. He said the transcript from our conversation on the phone didn’t match our story (although he stopped short of using saying we were lying). It’s a shame because it’s a nice hotel but I’d never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants and bars. It was a shame that our overall experience was soured by a shower that had a trickle of water the night we checked in. It was late at night, so we didn't want to have maintenance in our room at that hour when we wanted to go to bed. In the morning I alerted staff that we'd need our shower fixed but that we currently were in the room getting ready for the day and asked that they come in after we had gone out. A few minutes later when we were all in the room changing, etc. they were knocking on the door. I had specifically asked that they come in a bit later when we were out, since we were women changing and getting ready, etc. That night the shower seemed to be a bit better. Each day thereafter though it got worse and went down to to a trickle again. There's nothing worse than being on vacation needing to shower and looking forward to a good shower, etc. to freshen up and knowing your shower barely puts out water. Again, I requested maintenance come in while we were out in a little while. It just made sense to do it that way. Just like before, they came up to fix it while we were in there. Whoever was relaying the requests, was not letting maintenance know we wanted them fixing it while we were out touring instead of when we were in the room in our PJ's, etc. That night our shower was not putting water out again and when maintenance came, they said it was a universal problem in the hotel because they chose the wrong shower heads making pressure worse and not putting much water out. It wasn't even enough to wash soap off the body, let alone wash your hair thoroughly and getting the shampoo out. So, while the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, it was not comfortable knowing I felt dirty the whole time. On a side note, we had to ask the front desk person a general question about whether the hotel had a specific amenity one night and that person gave a very blunt "No" answer and walked away without offering an alternative nearby to go get what we needed. I wish we had a better experience because it is a great location and nice property. They just need to fix the showers. Housekeeping was very good and it was very clean, so that's an important positive.

Stayed one night for the Alan Jackson concert. Of course, every hotel in Nashville was price gouging. I don’t mind paying for value but this wasn’t it. The hotel was clean. One elevator was broken so it took a while to get up and down the building. The room was small with no refrigerator. Street noise was loud until wee hours in the morning. Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. I would not book again.
