Not much, kind of centrally located
The hotel is dated and it shows. The bathroom tiles are old, discoloured, the grouting dirty, there is mould. The room is so so, many switches to get the lights off. The pool is tiny and dated, just not inviting at all. Also i received multiple reminders to do the pre-registration. I don’t see the purpose or benefit of doing so, still need to line up on the reception. Its ok to send a suggestion to do the pre-registration but i really dont want to receive 27 reminders just because i dont want to do it! Overall its not a nice stay and compared to my recent trip to Bacolod a few months back, staying at a similar priced but much more modern and clean hotel, i would be really hard pressed to consider SEDA Bacolod in any next trips.

No hot water and sometimes weak water flow.
Buffet was considered good ..Great car parking...convenient right in front of the hotel.
One incident our Aircon stopped working in the middle of the. Night . It was a quick fix ...our room changed immediately.

Very good location in Lacson Street close to all restaurants. Next to Ayala Mall and close enough to SM. Room is good size and kept clean by the staff. Buffet Breakfast has good variety of food.
Not enough parking. The front desk didn’t explain to me clearly that the breakfast only covers 1 person even though I booked a double room.
Lobby was hot and not comfortable.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, it's right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were super courteous and would greet us all the time.
The pool area could have been improved? Maybe if it's located on the roof deck, it would have been even better, so that guests can enjoy the city view while in the pool.

The staff and breakfast. I felt like we were valued guests. The staff were sincere with their greetings and service.
There was part of the building in disrepair near the bathrooms at the pool. It was the only eyesore. I assume that it will be repaired. There was a hefty charge for my daughter’s breakfast, being that she was the third guest in the room. Booking.com was not clear about this.
